Can't rave move about this place! Over the years, I've taken six of my personal cars (Tesla, Mazda, kia, Toyota, etc) here for tinting and my friend and family have now brought their cars here for tints as well. Canlas tinting came recommended to me by my sister who loved her tint job. I read some of the 1 star reviews and was a bit wary. Made my appt with I think the son, who was very brusque and not too talkative. Went in on a Friday, and had to keep asking question after question. I did do some research but im a noob - i don't know anything about the tinting industry or what might look good on my car. I knew I wanted it dark, so that's what I said. I had to ask him to take me outside...I heard the dad saying nice and helpful stuff to another couple and wish I had him! I won't get into too much detail but basically there wasn't much communication and service. I felt no rapport, no trust, and no support from the guy who was helping me this whole time. The tint ended up super dark and I had some questions and regrets, but the son just said he was confused because he thought it was what I wanted, etc. I was trying to communicate that maybe I should go lighter but he said it would be a waste of time and money and that if I got a ticket, he'd take the tint off no charge.....so basically STILL a waste of money. The application looks good and the tint is pretty dope but I'm just so surprised at the mediocre service. I had to be the one asking so many questions, getting information was like pulling teeth! I even asked to see what my sister got but apparently they don't keep record of what their customers get. Anyway, I don't doubt they earned their five stars and that the father certainly knew his thing but man...the service REALLY needs a perk up. read more
