"Horrible experience" doesn't even begin to describe it. I hope management can speak with her about leaving personal frustrations at the door and focusing on delivering respectful, professional customer service. The station has 7-Eleven (rather than Exxon) branded gasoline, which would allow me to use my rewards discount. So I pulled in to top off my tank due to the daily rise of gasoline prices. It has jumped up 10 cents in one day after the previous 25 cent increase. This station, which I really liked, was on a route I don't normally take. My GPS indicated S Military Highway was the closest route to the dealership to have my new car service that had been pre scheduled for me. Pulling in and using my 7-Eleven App I learned my discount had expired the previous day. So I decided to risk another price increase rather than paying the posted price. To my excitement I received another discount text in my way home. I had left the vehicle for service and road home with someone else on a different route. But I will stop for a fill up when I take the vehicle back for inspection in June.
