A simple and straightforward menu with burgers + fries + soda/water. Everyone orders at the front counter. Either cash or credit card is getting accepted as payment. Friendly staff and very quick service except sometimes behind schedule on the weekends. When all the seats get taken, then I will take my food to go and eat at a nearby park or open space. This restaurant has a RACIST employee who treated customers differently based on their race. I experienced clear racial discrimination today at another location. The Black male employee at the checkout counter did NOT greet me (Asian) at all. But he said "welcome welcome" to Spanish/Hispanic guest and "hello" to White and other non-Asian guests. When I called him out, he responded "I am a racist?" without denying the behavior. This is systematic racial discrimination targeting Asian customers across multiple 7th Street Burger locations. Asian customers receive NO greeting, while White, Spanish/Hispanic, and other non-Asian customers receive warm greetings. This made me feel deeply disrespect. All customers should receive equal service regardless of their race. I expect the management to investigate these employees and provide anti-discrimination training to staff. I will not be returning until this is addressed. Others should be aware of this discriminatory treatment. read more

Everything about this burger reminds me of the burgers when I was in high school only better. The fries were the taste and texture I remember from high school too. The fries are just the right amount of salt too. I love their special burger sauce. It's a business that keeps the menu simple and sticks to what they do best. I tried the double cheese burger but now I'm sticking to the single. The double burger was too much for me. The loaded fries are a meal by themselves. I get two or three sides of fries out of my loaded fries order. I still want to try the grilled cheese sandwich. This place gets busy with delivery and take out. Don't look to sit and relax over your meal. Their sidewalk seating across from the subway station just doesn't appeal to me. It's a high traffic corner with both vehicles and pedestrians. There's a counter inside if you want to stand to eat. All I can say is try 7th Street Burgers. If you aren't into beef there's a Impossible Burger option. Another 7th Street Burger loc does not disappoint! I came here last week with my kids and we ordered some burgers and fries. Their menu is not huge. If you're looking for a customizable bistro burger, look elsewhere. These guys make simple burgers and fries really, really well. We ordered all double cheeseburgers because, why not? If you're not as hungry as we always are, you can get a single, with or without cheese, and if you're not an omnivore, grab one of their impossible burger options. I'm unsure of all of their locations offer this, but I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they now make a loaded chopped cheese fry side, with a spicy option. Their naked fries are very good, double-fried and crispy but soft inside. They top the fries with chopped ground beef, house sauce and onions, and it's just amazing. I ordered one of these bad boys and the whole fam loved it. All of their burgers come with onions, cheese, pickles and house sauce, so if you don't want the extras, let them know in advance. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Dom and he was very nice. After ordering my food, I sat in the front of the restaurant on their little wooden bench. When my order was ready, Dom brought my food to me, which I appreciated. The restaurant has limited space indoors, but they do have some table that they put out front, weather permitting. Inside, they do have a long bar where you can eat your food while standing, right next to the napkins that you're sure to use in abundance. Their food is good. Plain and simple.
