It was completely a wrong order I was given. I texted the number of the number owner later that evening. My message was read but there was no reply to follow. My three texts were simply ignored. I ordered $100 worth of roses to be delivered the day before Valentine's Day, I payed extra for delivery and I tipped on top of that ahead of time ($140 in total). They promised over the phone that the roses would be delivered by 5pm. They never showed up and they didn't answer the phone. I then went to the shop and stood online for 40 minutes. When I told them what happened they then tried to find the roses and couldn't. They found a small bouquet of roses and handed them to me with no offer for partial refund but they offered me a used glass vase. I didn't received anything close to what was advertised on their website. I've included what I ordered vs what I recieved. And I'll also include the 5 day old farmer's market bouquet I bought myself for 18.00 as a comparison. The delivery was on time but I would never trust them with a flower selection, design again. I literally have never had as horrible flower shop experience until now. I've had flowers come late - but it was what was ordered smh.
