I loved that the base menu had variety! The elote was a hit at the party and the inclusion of agua fresca was prime. We hosted at a park and they were so well prepared that set up and serving happened right on time. When they packed up it was like nothing had happened in that spot! I was nervous that we would get fined if oil or something stained the concrete but they had mats. I can't comment enough on how prepared they were! Gus was our guy and he was FANTASTIC! 10/10 recommend his services at your event. The only hiccup was that I didn't realize that the leftovers needed to be placed in containers that we provide. That was my fault though, I had never catered an even and didn't think to ask about that. But it made complete sense and was easily resolved.
