Every year we host a large Super Bowl party and it has grown from anywhere from 60-75 guests. It's a big event and it's a lot of people to serve. And it became more than we could handle ourselves and still enjoy our party. After that, we changed it to a potluck. But then there was always so much food that got wasted. I asked our friend Justin from Wandering Spirits Mobile Bar service if he knew of someone who catered this type of event. He mentioned Fernando so I gave him a call and we talked about my needs for our annual party. Fernando was extremely kind, professional, helpful and communicative. He made sure we completely understood their offerings so that we could make it all work with our budget.
