Your super employee, Jesus, was fantastic. He arrived on time (even early!) and set up a beautiful and bountiful feast for our approximately 50 guests. The presentation was perfect and the food was sensational. Literally every guest commented on how delicious each and every dish was including the Mexican corn and mango avocado salad! The three meat selections for the tacos were cooked to perfection, exceptionally tasty and served nice and hot. They handle setup and clean up very well and everything is a breeze. Second, the food is excellent. Had Ask 4 Tacos catering at my daughters 5th grade graduation party a few weeks ago. They're my go-to for one of my friends and figured i would give them a try. They did not disappoint! Omar and Lucy came early to set up and spent an hour cooking all the food so it's fresh. The quality of the meat, the spicy salsa and the guacomole were all on point and could not have asked for it to be better. I only ordered for 50 people but ended up having over 70 show up so we ran out of chicken.. but barely (still had some pork and beef leftover!). It was my fault for underordering and still Omar was so apologetic. He even offered to drive back to home base and bring more chicken. I couldn't believe it. I did not take him up on it because we were near the end of the party, but he and Lucy are great and truly take a customer first approach.
