808 Barre + Pilates is my absolute FAVORITE workout class. Becky is an excellent teacher who has created a gorgeous space that I felt comfortable in even as a beginner! I discovered Becky's Reformer 1/2 classes at the beginning of the year and have been hooked ever since. I actually started her classes after having a not-so-great experience at another group workout class that injured my back so I was a bit nervous. But, no injuries thus far, and I'm feeling way stronger and more flexible! I just wish I lived closer so I could go all the time But, I'll gladly make the 30+ min drive for Becky's expertise! read more

808 Barre + Pilates is my newest obsession! The studio is super cute, with really adorable wallpaper and ample parking around! To get to the studio, you're going to want to turn in right before 7-eleven and then it's on the second floor of the building. Becky is an amazing instructor- super knowledgeable and charismatic, and really tailors each class to who's in it and where we all are on our Pilates journey. I always leave feeling strong and confident that I put in work without putting too much strain on my body. They got me in with the first free class for kamaaina special and now I've been in 5+ times and plan on continuing it come in. They are currently running a special that you can redeem right off of their Yelp page!! $175 for unlimited classes for the month (once a day max). Such an amazing deal and a great way to stay consistent and see results. I drive 30+ minutes each way almost everyday now to go to 808 Barre + Pilates and it's 100% worth it to me. I recently joined this studio over the summer, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The vibe here is so welcoming and fun, thanks to our fearless leader, Becky. She has this incredible energy that makes every class feel both challenging and enjoyable. Becky is super knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain each move, making sure everyone feels comfortable and confident. Plus, she has the cutest dog, Cappie, who sometimes joins us during classes! He's probably the bestest boy in the whole world, and gives the best emotional support throughout class if you need it. Cannot speak more highly of 808 Barre + Pilates! After going to traditional gyms for years and getting burnt out on the same workouts, I needed something new. I began taking private Pilates lessons from Becky Lang towards the end of December 2019.  At the time, my workout routine was inconsistent.  I experienced daily ankle and knee pain which left me discouraged and unmotivated.   Becky got to know me and my level of endurance. Over the last year under Becky's instruction, I have watched my body transform.  My endurance level has risen, my ankle and knee pain have mostly subsided. My balance has improved and my body looks and feels firmer. Becky is knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely cares about her clients.  She checks in with me about my body before each session.
