    Rainbow Rainbow Salmon Poke

1/4 lb poke and 2 wonton chips for $16.50. Ahi was brownish pink at best. Worst poke deal around and 2 chips is laughable. I would recommend almost any other hawaiian spot in oregon. All the portions are tiny for the price.

The service was amazing as soon as we stepped in the door. One of the employees noticed my daughter was outside with our dog; she invited both inside. The food was delivered quickly and exactly how we ordered it. The portions were plentiful - we had the shayu chicken, the kahlua pork, the teriyaki salmon and spam masubi. The Spam masubi was the best we've ever had - so flavorful. All of it was so yummy! Since they had seen that we had a dog, they came outside where we were sitting with a water bowl for our pup - bonus! We're not from this area, but I would highly recommend and would definitely come back if in the area.

Wow, I'm not normally a fan of the Hawaiian cuisine due to past experiences but I thought I would give this highly rated place a try and I'm so glad I did! I ordered the 808 chicken combo and it was bomb! Chicken was juicy and had a nice light fried batter. Added on the complimentary sauces (my favourite was the sweet wasabi) Service was excellent as they brought it right out to our table. You can dine inside or enjoy the weather outside on their large family picnic tables. I've got this place as now my #1 spot for Hawaiian Cuisine.

Special: Kalbi pork belly w/gochujang sauce.

As someone from Hawaii, this place is not bad (okish) . Got the special of Kalbi pork belly w/gochujang sauce. I liked it would try other plate lunch items. Mac salad is a bit too heavy on the mayo for my taste and had peas. They have Hawaiian Sun (juice), but they are $2.50 (usually sold for $1.00). Loved the vibes inside, they play local music and they have a large warm seating area next to windows. On the weekend, this place is quite busy and parking lot is small.

Decent ambiance! Cute place! You walk up to the counter to order and theyll bring your food out. The Da Kine Noodles were pretty good. My friend had a sandwhich. Parking is limited. Overall good place!

808 Grinds in Hillsboro is a hidden gem tucked into a small corner of a plaza, but absolutely worth finding. The service is always friendly, and the food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and served in huge portions. I've tried their chicken katsu and salmon burger, and nothing on the menu ever disappoints. The prices are incredibly reasonable for the quantity and flavor you get, truly a great value. Everything is so good that I find myself craving it and always wanting to go back. One of my favorite spots in the area!

Easy, quick service during lunch rush! I found the shoyu good, but the kalua pig was a bit dry.

My experience was just ok! Listening to the reviews had me feeling catfished. Not super happy with the 808 fried chicken. It seemed old and not crispy or flavorful in any way. The kalbi ribs were meaty and done well. The poke sampler had some interesting flavors and was very fishy tasting, had me a bit nervous. Sad to say this will be our last visit to this establishment.

Visited the 808 Grinds Hawaiian Cafe at 10100 SW Park Way and they're affiliated so I had to try this location. The first thing you'll notice as you drive up is the parking. This location has a smaller parking lot behind the restaurant. It's a cute/quaint looking building with one handicapped parking spot right in front. Staff was just as pleasant and friendly. The restaurant has about 4 tables inside and more covered dining outside. As for the food, it all pretty good, and got the following: Spam musubi (spam was a little on the thin side) and proportionately a little too much rice, IMO. Loco Moco was really good and sunnyside eggs were perfect. For some, it may be a little underdone. Wontons were okay, kind of mid but the butter mochi cake bites were really good. Perfect texture. The Trifecta which has fried chicken (good), pulled pork (good and tender) and shoyu chicken (shredded chicken was tender but a little dry) Overall, still a good visit...just didn't "wow" me the first time when i had their kalbi-pork belly at the other location.

Remember to ask if people need utensils and sauces. Where's the old experienced staff?

I got the pork and it was just fatty, slimy, gross pieces of meat. Disgusting. I didn't eat more than two bites and then I dumped it.

FANTASTIC! If you love burgers and open to new experiences... THIS IS A MUST STOP!…read more It was recommended to me by a colleague, not knowing anywhere to go as it is my first time to Hillsboro... I pulled it up here on Yelp and it was Highly recommended.... So I did. Wow I am glad I did! I had a Fat Mario and added Sweet Potato Fries... way more food than I could eat! And I can eat! lol The flavors are off the hook! The sweet potato fries were fresh and perfectly done!! The ambiance is perfect, the service, excellent... Check it out! Fat Mario is a burger with onion ring, jalapeno, secret sauce... came with green salad, and pot stickers... oooh la la !! Fantastic!!

We were in the area on vacation and going to a Hops Baseball game. This place was good -- but…read moreexpensive. For 4 people with 4 burgers (comes with salad and 3 pot stickers) and 4 sodas -- it was just over $100. This seems like a lot for a "fast food" type restaurant. The food was good, not great. I got the jalapeño popper burger, I guess I misread as I thought the jalapeño and cream cheese was inside. It was not, there was a large bacon wrapped jalapeño not he top. Otherwise a plain burger. Miss opportunity I thought. The Skippy burger was good -- but some bacon and a spicy sriracha or something would make it better, and less sweet. Chicken burger was good. Don't remember the 4th burger (sorry). I also wish they offered a different green -- they only have arugula which I do not enjoy -- so the salad did nothing for me. Pot stickers were great! Would try again if ever in the area.
