My problem with this company is that after 20+ years of seeing different tow truck companies come in and out, that only now they like do something, and they try to get a new single maddah fucked over by trying to get her car. The neighborhood rarely get visitor stalls open because all the residents park their cars there, and I not walking quarter mile with a infant just to put my daughter and all the baby shit back in my car Lady at the call center/dispatch/office or whatever it's called was one fucking bitch too. If you have the kind of day when you have to get a tow or get a jump start, these folks will make the day MUCH better So.... my battery, dead, or at best dying to the point the car wasn't starting. I was towed 0.2 miles and charged $270. No transparency and for that distance it seemed very costly. Would not recommend if you could use O'Sung! He added $20 for credit card fees as if people have almost $300 CASH in emergencies?? Literally towed so close and once we arrived he jumped my car and it worked so could've saved us all time and just jumped it to the mechanic. My daughter called this company at 1:40am to tow the car after it started losing power. After waiting about 1.5 hours, she called them again and the tow truck driver said he was 'on [his] way' because he had to make another stop before coming to get her. At 4:00am I called this company myself and he again said he was 'on [his] way' and would be another 30 minutes. He finally arrived about 4:45am, and after taking a somewhat roundabout route back to my house, they arrived at around 5:45am. The tow truck driver was nice and polite and the car was not damaged in any way by the tow. He said he only took cash payment and could do credit card charge, but would be an extra cost. The reason I am giving this company 2-stars is because it took 3 hours for the tow truck to arrive after their website had indicated that "Wherever we are at the time you call us, it will take 30 minutes or less to get to you for a tow - 45 minutes if there is traffic (you know how Hawaii is)." At 1:40am on a Sunday morning, there was NO traffic anywhere on Oahu. I will not likely be using this company again, but if I do, I would definitely ask for an Estimated Time of Arrival, and if they are planning on making other stops, I would call another company. read more

Looked online for the best rated towing, oahu towing was one of the best rating and called for quote was the cheapest we found to tow from waianae to kailua! Made appointment time to pick up and was at my place exact time scheduled and was very quick and professional handled my truck like it was his own! And he got to kailua less then 2 hours ,truck in same condition as it left! I will surely be doing business with them in the later future read more

My gf & l had no choice but to get her car towed & we called every single towing company near by us to see which is the cheapest to get from Waipahu transit center to village park (mind me, same area, just a 5 min drive away) & all the towing companies charged $125-200 just to tow. One towing company l called, l told them i'll give a call back bc we didn't have the money on us, this was so unexpected & 10 mins later, one towing truck came by without me telling them to & l got kinna scared but this guy dropped the price for us just because we didn't have the money & he just wanted to help us out. His name is Anthony Pinheiro, hit this guy up! Super helpful, offered to charge the car just so my gf can roll her windows up. He also knew what was best for my gf's car bc she had a Honda prelude & her car is kinna low so he knew not to tow it to high or else the back would be scraping. He even knew the best way to tow the car just to be extra safe that it wouldn't scrape in the back knowing that there was a hill that we'd have to go up to get her car home.
