We came in with our family of 10 and Karin and her staff over accommodated us. They gave us a lane for free so that we would be comfortable in 2 lanes, they gave us free shoes and socks and it was my sister's b day and they gave free dessert and sang happy birthday. When our hour was up they reopened the lane for another hour for free, it was a nice vibe, the food and drinks were good and I will definitely be back !!!! read more

Went to 810 Billiards & Bowling this past Sunday with our family after the Diamondbacks game. The kids enjoyed food and bowling while the adults played pool. This was the perfect place to go after a dbacks game. The service we received by Zane and Karin was absolutely stellar!! They took AMAZING care of our entire crew the whole time we were there, especially the kids. I definitely recommend this place for a great time with friends and family. I had tickets for myself, my mom, and my two kids to attend the Unreal Garden event there. Arrived 10 min before the scheduled time and we told it would be a 50 minute wait. After we asked for a refund the guy running this part said we could bowl for free if we wanted to wait. He said the times were messed up because the guy who runs this thing gives out complimentary tickets and they have priority. We decided to bowl for free and have some apps and drinks. The lanes were mediocre but hey it was free. 2 stars for the quick set up for the lanes and the bartender who took care of us. They were good. The food was 3.5/5 so we finished an hour of bowling - went back to the UG section and they had let 8 people in with a time slot later than ours and said it would be another 25 to 35 min. We gave up and left. What a waste of time. Don't bother with this place. read more

Will start with the pros- our server was friendly. The bowling alley itself is clean and has an upgraded feel. The cons: The parking lot attached is super chaotic and leaving the lot was an ordeal bc one of their machines were broken. Check-in process for bowling was pretty disorganized. The lanes kept malfunctioning throughout the game. Other lanes had this issue as well and some were "out of service". Confusing bc the place looked new. Tried to extend the game another hour but could not since there was a wait list. Seems like a solution to this would be more functioning lanes. There is a sign in front that says they auto-grat parties of 6+. We were a party of 5 and they tacked on the gratuity which they failed to mention to us so we unknowingly tipped twice. Btw, there is no actual bill; they just take your cc and swipe it on their iPads so you assume the price they are telling you is the real deal. Asked for an itemized after paying since the math seemed off. The price advertised is not what we were charged. They overcharged for our beers and then blamed it on their system. This is also when we found out abt the added service charge. Tried to play some arcade games and it ate our money. Gross. Literally scammer vibes all around and would avoid at all cost. read more

Celebrated my 30th birthday here. Originally I checked out the Chandler location, and after speaking to whoever was in charge there, they did not tell the complete truth...I'm glad I actually went in to see it instead of going by their word....both locations ARE DIFFERENT and have some same but also some different amenities. The Phoenix location is definitely where it's at! I rented out their Lou Lounge and my oh my I didn't expect it to be so big lol. There was PLENTY of space. Only problem was that people not from my party kept trying to come in and use the bar (assuming because I had a designated bartender and it wasn't busy in that area) so maybe finding a way to make sure people not from someone's party doesn't go in there would be ideal. The partition that is there didn't stop anyone. My designated waiter was very nice and did his job! The front desk where you check in was a bit unorganized...the girls behind there don't seem to mind to show their frustration and give attitudes when something isn't right. Like, I had 2 pool tables and the girl just gave one of them away...There was an older gentleman back there as well that seemed to be flustered but he fixed the problem and got the people another pool table so that my party could stay next to each other. Overall, everyone had a real nice time! It is a bit on the pricey side, but if you do it right then it's sssoooooo worth it. I wouldn't mind throwing another party here. read more

This place is absolutely terrible. I would never waste a single penny here. Drinks were awful. I ordered chicken strips and after 45 minutes I asked to cancel my order so we could leave. They brought out these extremely dry, black chicken strips that were not even edible and I had to throw them out. There are way better options for places to go - stay away from this place! read more
