Every time I go there I have a great experience. Cam is one of the coolest bartenders in Phoenix. I work in the restaurant industry also, and he goes out of his way to take care of us anytime my co workers and I go in there. Their wings are amazing also. ABSOLUTE SCAM! if I could give this place 0 stars I would! Not really sure how this place is still in business for how much of a scam it is. My group of 7 just wanted to do one round of bowling and this was the only place that was open at night in the area. We get to the front and ask the workers how much it would cost per person and they said $12 a person. What they forgot to add was that it would be $21 dollars instead of $12 due to all of these hidden fees. Why didn't they tell us this up front? I have no idea, but they wait to the end to tell us the total and it was way more than we signed up for. Not to mention, they didn't even let us finish our one game that we payed for. Not really sure what we are paying $21 a person for, bad service, rude workers, and horrible bowling experience? Won't be surprised if they go out of business soon, but regardless I will never be going back. read more

Everything is slippery and greasy, except the lanes. Beat up shoes and trashy, unwashed balls. The lanes seemed like they haven't been greased in months, and there isn't even any bowling graphics. At 50 dollars for 3 people, your better off going somewhere else read more

Me and my family came here to celebrate our mom this Mother's Day. When we first arrived they quickly got us set up. When we got to the bowling lane, the screen to put our names in didn't work so we had to ask an employee to enter the names manually. Shortly after that we requested a pitcher water for our group. They brought the water and some cups but the cups were filthy and there was greasy finger prints and lipstick marks around the mouth of the cup. It really grossed us out. We continued to bowl and try to enjoy our time then we wanted to order some food and there wasn't an employee in sight. We waited a while to see another employee come by and I had to go to the bar to place our order. During our game I went to the restroom on the side where the bar is only to find employees lounging on a couch talking on the phone or just hanging out in the back. No wonder we couldn't find an employee to save our lives. There was only one single employee who was actually doing her job. I didn't catch her name but she was super friendly and had long braids. She helped us with everything and she wasn't even the waiter assigned to our lane. I felt bad for her cause it seemed as if she was picking up everyone else's slack. After the whole experience we will never be back here. The service was so poor( aside from the one lovely employee), food took forever to come out, and the cups for drinking were filthy. if I could give 0 stars I would, this place is as the worst customer service I have received thus far, me and a friend showed up at 11:30 expecting to play a game of bowling, the host tells us that the lanes are closed because they are not busy and we can sit at the bar, I drove 20 minutes to get here to expect a good time and not only did the host walk away, but they didn't even care. I basically couldn't enjoy my night because the staff didn't want to close lanes at 1:00am like they are suppose to. Great place! Great drinks! I come in at least 4 times a month for sports and UFC, and I will keep coming back. I normally sit down and get little attention from the bartenders, unless Kirsten is there. She always notices new people sitting at the bar, including myself, and she is super friendly. I see her running around and helping every one every time I come in! Incredible. Every Saturday night I come in for a big fight, I look for Kirsten. She's timely, she means business, and her drinks are FIRE! She's a 10, for sure! read more

My sister and I bought our tickets way in advance to go to the Unreal Garden at 810 Billiards & Bowlings, 50 West Jefferson St, Suite 240, Phoenix AZ 85003. We got there at 3:30 and the place is open from 3-8pm. When we got there the employee said it would be a 45 minute wait and to put in our name and phone number and we would get a text when it was our turn. Over an hour later no text was received so we went up to the booth. The employee said it would only be 10 more minutes. After another 10 minutes we went back and this time the manager was there and we told him the situation, for our trouble he said he would give us a pizza to go and would get us in right then. When he left he told the original employee to get us in right away. As soon as he was gone the employee said we would have to wait at least another 20 minutes. (Mind you, the entire time this employee was mumbling underneath his breath so we could barely even hear him.) We told him that wouldn't work and we wanted a full refund. Although he gave us the refund he never apologized. Other people in line said they had been waiting over 2 hours. We still got the pizza to go from the manager thankfully, but that's the least they could do for wasting over an hour and a half of our time by the time it was over and done with. read more

I feel like this place is a hidden gem in the downtown Phoenix area! It is in the cityscape plaza, where Copper Blues is but since the entrance is on the second floor and towards the back I feel like it remains a bit hidden. The remodel that they have done if amazing! the bowling lanes are great, the sports bar area is great, the video game room is great, overall the place is just...well...great! The layout is very well designed so if you are there to bowl you don't feel like you are in a sports bar, and if you are there for sports you don't feel like you are in a bowling alley! Very friendly staff and management. Definitely a fin place that you could enjoy with your friends or even family. I highly recommend checking it out if you haven't yet! read more

810 Billiards & Bowling is AMAZING! Newly opened, we did not know what to expect, but If I could give 10 stars I would!! We came here with a large group and truly had an unbelievable experience. The ambience and bowling was top notch, but on top of that there was a Dj, billiards, arcade and a mechanical bull- so fun! The food & drinks were delicious and I cannot say enough good things about our server, Juss- He truly made our experience! I come monthly with my almost 3 year old son and have always had a pleasant experience. It is always clean, good music, friendly staff. I had never eaten here before tonight, but OMG their food was AMAZING! A little pricey but worth it in my opinion. I did not expect the food to be that good! Hello, me and two of my friends came in at around 9:30 or 10pm on a Monday night. We chose this place because the hours said you guys close at 1am and it oooked like a fun spot to hang out. When we walked in already the vibe from your employees felt like they didn't want to be there. They allowed us to buy one hour of bowling I paid forty bucks. Half way through the game the girl employee came up to us and said you were closing at 10:30 if we wanted to switch to pool instead. I understand it was slow but why let me pay for the full hour? Also, she was training another employee and at one point we could over hear her talking bad about every other employee there. That seems like a conversation that should be saved for the break room. The place is nice and I'm sure on busy days the vibe is better. But this Monday night that we went in your employee made us feel very unwelcome so we just left. If you guys are going to close early you should advertise that because even right now it's almost 12am and online it still says open, when we felt rushed and like I totally wasted 40 bucks. read more

Me and my family came here to play pool and to enjoy some drinks. When two "Security guards" watched us for about an hour playing pool. Finally, one of us asked why they were staring at us and no one just standing next to our table near the bar watching us! The "security guards" got offended by us people of color and said "let's take this outside" and yelling "are you going to hit us" or a simple question. They are clearly unprofessional and are clearly racist to people of color which is ridiculous. We people of color should be able to eat, drink and pool without getting stared at for an hour and for the "security guard" to get scared with one of us asks a question. And the staff & bartenders just watched it happened and didn't do anything! But if it was a non colored people they would of helped us. Of course we left no tip of them! They didn't even care about us, they only care about money and kicking you out if you drink and play pool. We will NEVER come back to this very unprofessional place. I decided to go here an hour and a half before closing before I was rudely told that I wouldn't be able to bowl. The place had many people playing but I was told I wouldn't be able to bowl because the front person was closing down. As I ask for clarification on the time of shut down, my party and I were told that they just decide when they close early even though they were still open for an hour and 20 minutes after our conversation. I ask how we are supposed to know when they decide to shut down lanes early and the front worker said they decide based on volume being low.... the place had someone on most lanes so we should have been able to bowl because there was volume and that was the stipulation. Front worker also decided to walk away mid conversation so respectfully they didn't want my business or my money and will never get it. I can't give zero stars however thats exactly what they get. But good news they were ok with us spending money at the bar all night as that was offered to us as an alternative source of fun. Please take your money elsewhere. read more

A bit disappointed with the service here on a Sunday. Came with my siblings as walk ins after seeing on the website they don't take reservations. Played for an hour and was told it would be $10/hour per person and never told we wouldn't be able to extend past an hour. After an hour we're kicked out saying they didn't have any lanes for use with no option to extend time because they had parties. Would've been better has that been communicated up front. We're told the beers we just had ordered could be enjoyed at one of their tables behind the lanes- should've never been asked to order more beers with 1 minute left on our time if they weren't going to allow us to bowl longer than the hour- were questioned when I told them we no longer wanted the drinks and to remove them from the bill since they hadn't even come to us yet. Then it took over 10 minutes to split the bill between two checks that they still got wrong. Highly disappointed with the lack of customer service and communication. Never even received an apology. read more
