When I reached out to the company, while the driver was still on my property they responded within seconds saying there was nothing they could do. What was especially frustrating is that instead of addressing the damage, they suggested that if I placed another order, they'd give me 10% off. Offering a discount after damage has already been done only if I spend more money felt completely ridiculous. I wasn't asking for anything major. A simple acknowledgment, sorry or gesture of goodwill would've gone a long way. But they made it clear they don't take responsibility for the actions of their delivery contractor. I paid the invoice, but I'm left with repair costs that should not be mine to deal with. As someone who has built multiple businesses, I know that customer service is what drives long-term success. In this case, it was sorely lacking. Bottom line: If you value your property and expect a company to stand behind the full customer experience--including delivery--think twice before ordering. I'm sharing this to help others avoid the same situation.

After looking it up in catalogs I ordered the fencing. I was told it was a special order and it should be in in 10 days. This was in November. It is now February. I called several times and promised a call back every time. Only once did they ever call me back and they have no idea when the order will be ready. As it is a "special order" I cannot cancel it even if it takes years foe the order to arrive. After 3 months one should be able to cancel. IT IS MY OPINION THAT NO ONE SHOULD EVER USE THEM UNLESS IT IS IN STOCK BUT AS FOR ME ILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN FOR ANYTHING.

With no railings - seems steep for what they are, but I'm not in tune with the market - so maybe it was a fair price, dunno. So if you had a mobile home, you probably need to understand they probably don't hold much weight. I noticed that there was nothing heavy in the stores inventory. Thin, not thick wall items, thinner tile it seemed to me for bathroom and kitchen - you don't want a collapsed home down the road.
