They provided to me what was needed and did not pressure me into doing the work. Their prices were cheaper than any other place that I researched . This place was THE WORST!!! I switched my insurance company and this business was listed to go to for photo inspection. use to come here for oil changes over 10 years ago when it must have had different owners. At that time they were great. Called them to confirm their hours so I didn't waste a trip. They told me they do inspections Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. They said they were not doing inspections until the following week because of the snow. I waited and called at 3:30 pm the next week to confirm they were doing inspections. They said yes so I drove their. When I got there I went in the office, other customers were waiting, an employee came out to speak to one of them. When he was done he just turned around, did not acknowledge me and started to walk away. I said "excuse me I'm here to do a photo inspection for insurance." Said we only do them until 3 pm. I said "what?? I called and was told 5 pm. The man ignored me and I asked to speak to the manager who came out a few minutes later. I asked him why I was told I could come down until 5 pm, the website shows 5 pm and you are telling me it's 3 pm? He said I don't know, I don't do inspections and the person who does the inspections left. No apologies, no concern, no empathy. There was a sign on the wall that showed the owners telephone number so I called it and left a message. About 10 minutes later I received a call from a woman who said she receives a lot of calls for people looking to speak with the owner except it's a wrong number. Very sad story. Please stay away from this place unless you want to be treated like garbage with no respect. Pretty sure Arturo is one of the best workers here. Usually when there's the tire pressure warning light, it's $5, and you're ready to go. But this time, we drove around afterwards, and it never disappeared after 2 days. We returned and explained the situation, and Arturo knew right away it was a sensor problem. I just wish the younger guy who helped us would've suggested other ways to help, besides telling us to drive some more. And drive some more. In the past, when the rear light on my mom's car was malfunctioning, instead of upcharging us, he told us to buy the new light ourselves online, where it's cheaper, and he could help replace our light after. read more

Where to start. Got an oil change for a 2024 Honda. The tech suggested tire rotation, Ok, good idea. They did the work, I paid and tipped the guys. Once I left, the the warning light was on and the TPMS needs to be calibrated and tire pressure was low. I don't know what that means, yet. I went back. They filled the tires (says included with every oil change), so they skipped that part. They don't know how to calibrate. The guy behind the counter said he never saw that. OK, if you charge to rotate tires, and this code comes up, they should know. He gave me my $30.00 back in cash, but didn't give me the tax. Insult to injury, they lost the key for my tire lock. Never ever go to this place` unless you enjoy getting ripped off. Oh, BTW, it took me 25 seconds to look it up on google and another 30 seconds to calibrate it. These dopes are losers. Edit 10/14. The owner responded but did not address the real issues I had. Like all the techs not knowing what to do after they rotate tires to calibrate the system or the lost tire key. Sounds good right.......No Coincidentally the next day I needed some work on my car, My mechanic happened to check my oil.He told me that my oil was filthy and my oil filter had collapsed. How is that possible when I just got an oil change "TWO DAYS AGO" "Quick Lube NEVER changed my oil. But they charged me $71.00 They have your entire oil change history on their computer. They decide when you can miss an oil change but they charge you. You leave thinking you had received an oil change but you didn't. I'm going to report them. What is sad is the Ower is in business for over "20" years 20 years of Stealing , I wonder how many times they have done this to me since I have been going there for years. Today I needed a photo inspection for my pre-owned car for insurance purposes. the insurance company sent me paper work saying this place was the closest and they were open on Saturday until 5pm. So, I popped in and they turned me away and said come back on Monday. I was furious! I spoke to the mechanics that I had known for 20+ years and they treated me like I was someone who they had never even seen before...I felt my patronage was not wanted anymore...it was sad. Yes they will ask if you want to do this or that ... some call it up selling , but not these guys , their really only looking out for your best interest . They do oil / brakes and all sorts of work. After paying approximately $80 dollars, my oil light went on and indicated my oil life was at 15%. It seems they charged me for an oil change but never did it. I will never go back there again. If I could give this place zero star, I would. I came here trying to do a photo inspection for my insurance company and I expected to wait. I parked in front of the company and the initial guy told me to pull over across the street to park at a certain spot to wait 40 minutes, which I was going to do. Then an older guy came up to my window and told me that he's going to work on me next. I asked if I should stay or move across, he said to move elsewhere ( different from the first guy's suggestion). I asked again to reconfirm then he stated I clearly do not understand English and walked off. I wasn't sure if he was joking, was being racist, or didn't want my business. $128.42 That is what I just paid for a standard oil change and inspection on my 2015 Honda. I have been a loyal customer since I moved to the area 3 years ago. I greatly appreciate the friendly staff and waiting area. It pains me that I was taken advantage of so blatantly. That price is simply unacceptable, starting with the $37 I paid for the inspection alone! All New York State inspections are $20. It was explained away as an extra fee for an inspection that should have taken place last month...but I came last month and they said they did not have 2018 stickers!! The egregious overcharging will undoubtedly cost them longtime customers. Went for an oil change and inspection, after 20 minutes of waiting, I looked in to see 2 guys just talking by my car, I walked over to see if there was something wrong, one guy said that my car failed inspection and I had to pay them $50 for the inspection and $60 to know why it failed, I asked to see the print out which state that my car failed they refused, after arguing for 10 minutes, they told me to leave and never come back, I went to the dealership where I bought the car and had them do the inspection, they said my car passed and nothing was wrong, this quick lube is just a disgusting business looking to rob your money, read more

It says $59.99 for up to 5 QTS - why does it not say what more than 5 QTS costs because its always more - just say add $10 stop being so sneaky - I am a LONG time loyal customer and went in for an Oil Change . The counter person asked me what do I want and I clearly stated ' What did I get last time " - he looked me up in computer and said OK got it . Twenty minutes later my truck is ready and I am told $76 !!!! I was stunned and said I have NEVER paid more than $35 for an oil change here in ALL my years coming and I paid and left - I then went through my glove compartment and found the last receipt from 3 months earlier and guess what I got a different service for $32.99 so I was LIED TO MY FACE and as a Customer that really was messed up. Listen I know how it works - once the customer is in there get as much $$$ as you can out of them ( change this - you need this - this is no good / etc etc) but do not LIE TO THE CUSTOMER !!!! This raises a red flag to all to be careful here and to prove I nailed the guy - he pulled the money difference out to refund me within seconds ! he never thought I would have my last receipt of last oil change service from July but I did . So I come back on Sunday 3:15pm. Guy named Morris comes out and said they're closed and starts saying bullshit about how they're closing at 4pm. Yelp lists this place as open until 5pm.
