This review is just based on Shipping and Customer Service…read more I will review the product later and am hopeful they are as good as previous reviews say. However, Shock Surplus "lost" my order for a week. Never received shipping so I called. I worked with Daisy. Now I can understand a warehouse missing something. And it sounded real nice, "Oh I'm so sorry, let me find that and overnight it to you for your inconvenience". Well that didn't happen either. It has now been 2 weeks since I ordered the product. I ordered it that far in advance so I would have them and be ready before the day I planned to work on the truck. Well now Fed Ex says they won't be here til tomorrow "sometime" and I had to make multiple phone calls just to talk to them to possibly change the delivery address to the shop so I wouldn't have to make multiple trips. Well no go on that one too. Also my biggest complaint is that after every call I would hear, "I will call you right back" or "check your email, and I'll get right back to you" for roughly 3 days. Nothing ever got resolved and I did not ever receive a call back from them. Needless to say very disappointed in shipping and customer service. Hopefully the product makes up for the inconvenience. Bottom line where the order says ships and arrived in 3-5 days, don't hold your breath.
