These guys are legit!! They did a awesome job on my 14 tundra. They Installed lift kit, replaced wheels and tires, and last cut body mounts. Got a lot of complements on the truck. Just make sure you test drive your vehicle in their parking lot before you drive off. They did forgot to trim the skid and the truck was making noise when I did turns. I wish I have found these guys sooner! I ended up getting some straight up "mickey mouse" work done at another local shop near me because they seemed like they knew what they were doing when I messaged them on yelp and they were close by (I should never choose a shop just because they are close-by). I brought in my 4Runner for some work and they simply did not have the experience with my particular 4Runner model which features the XREAS suspension system but they had this "come on in, we can do it" attitude... well they DIDN'T have the experience that I was hoping. Without getting into too much detail, let's just say it was literally 2 days of them having my car to figure out how to properly install a suspension lift kit on my 4Runner and it ended up being installed incorrectly. The front was higher than the back in addition to my UCA being stretched to the max. It was a horrible ride, and the wheels were hitting when barely making turns. This shop didn't tell me this would happen and they let me drive off the lot with it. Like, here you go! Enjoy! Fast forward to 88 Rotors... I just want to say that I am very happy I contacted 88 Rotors after my debacle with the other store. I brought my 4Runner in to 88 Rotors yesterday morning and they were very helpful and saw that the last shop did a really poor job. I obviously knew something was up when by wheels were rubbing and my suspension didn't feel right and there was XREAS suspension oil all over my undercarriage and wheel-well liners but I didn't want to go back to the original shop for another round of stress and wasting my time. I ended up getting new OEM TRD pro wheels and they removed my XREAS correctly, and took care of me the way it should of been taken care of by the other shop from the get go. I wish I found out about these guys sooner I would of saved so much money because these guys have the best prices for tire + wheels + suspension packages. I actually found them by searching on youtube about what needed to be done for my particular 4runner. These guys are the real deal for your 4Runner and other truck/SUV/off-road needs. Helped me plan a suspension upgrade on my 4Runner. Took into account everything I mentioned we use the vehicle for to get the perfect setup. We took care of everything through Yelp Messages and they were there with me every step of the way to update me on when parts were ordered, when they were expected and worked with me when it came to pricing everything out. Really great experience with these guys. They're pros. The work was top tier and done at speed. I had a suspension upgrade, armor, diff drop, stops, all kinds of random things I wanted done. Brought the 4R in midday and they let me know they'd work hard to get it back to me same day but that it might be a next day pick-up scenario. I figured as much so I wasn't bothered by that. I wasn't in a rush (not that picking up my car the next day was by any means a long wait). I had another appt in the area. Went to go take care of some errands and got the call. Couldn't have been more than 3 or 4 hours. Finished up some other errands and went to go pick-up the car! Overall a great experience from beginning to end. Always heard good things about this place so I decided to see myself , Came here around 2:00 to get some SS 595 Federal Tires for my R33 GTR Wheels I was helped out by a really chill guy named Ken , he was really helpful helping me decide on a good size tire to run on my setup on my Lexus . Their parts are poor quality. I bought brake pads and drilled rotors from this store and wish i never did. I had them installed and made so much noises. I had to end up buying dealer parts and uninstall and toss away their pads AND drilled rotors. Wasted so much time and money for labors. Never NEVER NEVER buy their parts( Especially brake pads and drilled rotors) . Pros- A little cheaper than average Cons- Poor quality, Poor quality, Poor quality Have to tossed away all the parts i bought from them Waste Time, Money and Energy. 88rotors. I've only had one experience with them, and it involved buying a pair of rims for my '95 240sx. Here was the deal : I bought the S14 from a private seller in Riverside because it was 2200 (Figured, hey ; it has always been my favorite car and it has a welded diff + it's only 2200... I'll throw some money in there and buy it for fun). The tires on it had 10% treads left :(!!! I quickly searched online for some tires when I found their advertiser's special on Zilvia. It was $300 for a set of 17" Chikara RS (gunmetal). That is super cheap considering they retail elsewhere for $800. I immediately consulted them about it. They offered a full set of 235s mounted + balanced for another $300. I figured that was extremely cheap too because they're normally 80$ per tire unmounted. I called and reserved a set for $660 total and promised to pick them up that night, but I arrived too late. Their shop closed 20 minutes before I arrived (curse the 10 freeway traffic). I was ashamed of myself. I had called them to prepare my order and the guy even asked if I were going "for sure" that night. I then went home and wrote a negative review about the 10 freeway, and went to sleep. The next morning, I called them and to my surprise, they actually saved my order! That is what I call faithful customer service! The wheels were picked up and all was good :). I haven't bought anything else from them, but we'll see later on what kind of parts they carry if I decide to turbo my KA and have to build its internals. read more

How many of you heard the "4 week wait" for parts excuse from other companies? Chances are 88 Rotors can get them to you in less than half the time and all in one piece, unless they're three-piece wheels :P I've purchased little things from spark plugs all the way to body kits and wheels from 88 Rotors. They really do carry anything and everything automotive related. I used to deal with the cheapest parts I could find online only to go through the annoying headaches of getting the wrong part or even damaged parts (ebay, kragen, pepboys, craigslist, etc. - never again.) I NEVER had that problem with 88 Rotors. Their service is professional and prompt and they were always able to get back to me on all my questions. They have a great deal of knowledge when it comes to cars, fitment for brakes, parts and wheels; you name it, they know it. The best part is that I don't even have to deal with knowing someone there to get a deal; their price is already a hookup so there's no need to call in asking for the best price, their price is always going to be the best price. They have been one of the heavy hitters in the automotive scene for years and continue to be one of most innovative companies in the industry.
