First time coming here and I drove up from San Diego just to get wheels... But at a really good price. I found one of their wheel ads on Facebook and Craigslist and contacted them through there. I wouldn't recommend this shop,i ordered a cobb accessport,ets downpipe and a greddy catback exhaust for an evo x ...the order was places aprx. 2 months ago it took 1 month to get the exhaust, about two weeks ago they called us and said they couldn't get the downpipe shipped to california ....it took them 2 MONTHS to let us know about that while CHRIS kept saying it was on the way , and the accessport I received (last week) was refurbished or used ,was missing accessories,only came with two faces (one didn't fit and the other one had a dent) Chris claimed cobb opened it to configure it so we asked for a replacement....surprisingly it only took 1 week and you can tell the device is the only thing that was replaced so im assuming 88rotors orders and sells refurbished items ,never going back to this shop. I came in today to get some koni yellows and new springs on my WRX. Customer service was great. I say this because when I initially pulled in out back Chris actually came out of the garage and met me near my car to greet me. I have modified plenty of cars and have been to tons of garages where the dudes just stay inside and let you stand around for a minute or two. There was a small issue with installation so they call/text me right away. I gave them the okay to continue working and they had my car done earlier than they had previously said! I knew about this place for a very long time and heard good things when it comes to installing aftermarket parts. The atmosphere is like your typical automotive shop with a lot products and a warehouse. The employees are very friendly and patience on what you want to do on your car. I just recently got my 2015 Honda Accord in for a coilovers install and I told them what I wanted to do. Bad thing is they forgot to install my extenders, which is important to me. I was referred to 88 Rotors by a friend for some tires and the service. Through Yelp, I reached out for some quotes on tire pricing and availability. Surprisingly, the communication was quick and the responses came within 10 minutes. I drove 45 minutes from Riverside to check it out. When I arrived, I was greeted by every staff member there, from the mechanics that saw me park in the back lot, to the staff on their lunches in their break room. Not that I seek for my presence to be acknowledged everywhere I go, but it was genuinely a nice touch at a car shop. Everything went flawlessly! 1. I checked in at the counter and told the employee what I wanted 2. I was given a time quote of 1 hour before my car would get touched due lunch time and 3 cars ahead of me. 3. I paid and waited for about 1:10 minutes, I was updated that my car was rolling into the shop and given another time quote of about 20 minutes for completion. 4. I was given 5 minute update to completion 5. And within 1:25 minutes, I was driving away. Overall, I truly valued the quick communication via Yelp app, friendliness of entire staff, accurate time quotes and updates (thanks to the desk guy watching the shop cams), overall service, and availability of products. It was an AWESOME experience and totally worth my drive. Very nitpicky of me, and this observation had nothing to do with how great the shop is, but the only thing that kind of bugged me was the lack of organization of magazines and catalogs on the front counter space. Maybe it says more about me and my (self-assessed) OCD, but how does one find a particular catalog brand or magazine, without going through the whole stack? I know it's not a library, but maybe some semi organized piles? read more

I didn't really listen to half the things they were saying, just assumed they were trying to hustle a girl in a Prius. But I'm a sucker and went ahead with it, anything to get back the BMW drive I've been used to for so long. Surprisingly, the car handles MUCH better.
