I called and he immediately answered the phone I explained my situation and texted him a photo of the dent in my car and explained I didn't want to spend a whole lot of money on my POS car he texted me back $80 no problem meet me at the shop in 30 minutes. He had it done quickly even though my vehicle posed a few problems for him to get it done in the fashion he thought it was going to be and I offered to pay him more money and he said no that was fine we'll get through this. Even so I tried to tip in $20 extra for the trouble he refused to take it and then he went around my car and for free took out every car being in both of my doors I thought that was so kind and I was so impressed that I didn't have to leave my car for a couple of days or feel ripped off by body mechanics who usually want to charge a female 3 to $500 for any kind of damage to their car. I totally trust this man. Ladies he is very cute and friendly he refused to take extra money and did all the extra work recommended some great products for me to get the kitty cat paw prints off my car every morning so I don't have to take it through the carwash everyday and I am definitely recommending to all my friends and cohorts that they take their car there if they need a minor body repair or hail damage as that is his specialty I can't say enough good things about this business and the friendly businesslike manner that I was treated and just got to sit down and watch him work, I didn't have to leave my car for 2 days and Rent-A-Car as has been my past experience with even the most minor car repair.

Don and Justin took care of me after Clay Cooley Hyundai in Dallas tried to rake me across the…read morecoals. I get my oil changes at the dealership and they did that and after that was completed, the service advisor tells me that my oil pan was leaking and that I needed to replace it. The cost was $530. The advisor continued by telling me that the passenger side front axle had grease all over it and that that repair would cost $2150. I was suspicious and untrusting of Clay Cooley simply because of the entire situation, so I had seen online Dwight's & Don's Auto Care and I decided to give them a try. I met with Justin and explained my situation and he presented himself as a truthful guy and I decided to give them a try. Well, after everything was done, my oil pan didn't need to be replaced. It was the oil filter housing assembly that needed to be replaced because it's plastic and had broken. As for the front axle and the grease, Don told me that they cleaned it up and that the boot wasn't torn and that there was no reason for any further repair. So, after going to see Dwight's and Don's Auto Care, I went from a possible $2100 repair bill to a $400 repair bill. My Palisade SUV is running good and I highly appreciate Justin's and Don's sincere honesty. This was my first time in their shop and they took care of me like I was a regular customer and from now on I probably will be.
