These folks are amazing. I had an attempted catalytic converter theft which left three cuts on my exhaust pipe. They were able to weld it back together in less than 10 minutes and the price was about 1/3 of what I expected to pay. They (as other shops tried to do) could have charged me for a new converted and exhaust pipe, but their strong desire to treat the customer properly, and with all honesty really shined through. Very friendly, helpful, fair, and fast service. I will never go anywhere else! read more

This used to be a honest repair center. The staff changed with new management which seems as unethical as they get. Jessica sits there talking about drinking Tequila all day to get through the day with customers waiting on their repairs. Teenagers walking around F-this and that.They broke everything I had fixed by the previous staff. They seemed angry that I was given a discount by the previous management. Well, Mesquite has become nothing but trash so I guess no surprise. Better off going over to Carters across the way. At least he can fix things properly and no foul mouth to listen to while you wait. read more

I reviewed these guys years ago- when they did a fantastic job for me. Guess what- they gotten even better over time. I took three of my cars to them and all were repaired and ready to roll as quick as could be. The prices were very reasonable and everyone I have encountered were nice and polite. My HHR they got a bad part the first time and when I took it back to be fixed they repaired another issue free of charge for me. They even dropped the car off at my house when they found out I couldn't go pick it up due to my family being quarantined because my granddaughter has covid. Excellent customer service. Hello to my fellow yelpers, I came by to see what Triple A Muffler shop can do for my Lexus RC350. When it was time for me to give them my keys to my vehicle I told the person that was dealing with me, that I have lip spoilers on my vehicle and to watch out for them not to damage them. The reply back that I got from them was I will not treat your car like my own. I do not care if they get damaged. From right then and there, I took the keys from the owner and I left with no hesitation. First time ever in life made me write review because they over charger for every item saying that we brings our own parts and it has its own price. Same part that changed was for less than $30 and i was charged $260 including labor which took 3 minutes to change. I asked them about it and they said thats our business. We don't see online price. For price that i was charged for single ignition coil, we can buy whole set of ignition coil. I would never go their and do business with them. MY SUGGESTION- ask for price and check online, bring parts and repair it by paying labor charge. I made a greatest mistake ever without checking online. I should have saved more than $200 if i had gone to other auto workshop. read more

My business owner recommended this place after someone failed to steal my catalytic converter on my truck. They left a large cut in my exhaust line and it was causing failure to provide proper backpressure to my truck. I called ahead to let them know I was coming in and I think I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! They put the truck up on the lift, welded it shut and sent me on my way! The ONLY place I will take my car to have it repaired. Have used Bruce and his team four times now for auto repairs. On one of the repairs, they gave me an estimate for the repairs, and when I went to pick my car up, the final cost was over a hundred dollars LESS than the estimate because they had "shopped" the parts to ensure they were getting the lowest cost available for me, the customer. When does that happen? That the final cost is LESS than the estimate!!! They always maintain good contact every step of the way during the repairs; provide suggestions as to how to keep my old car on the road (but in no way high pressure or encourage unnecessary repairs like so many other automotive shops), and are just downright good, honest folk!!!
