Terrible service. They are the company that takes care of auto donations to several charities. They don't process things like they promise - you have to continually call to get the release of liability completed. On another note the tow truck driver was very nice and on-time. read more

This business conducts scams. They have their auctions on Fridays from 8:30 until 4:00 p.m. problem is if you like a car and you start to bid on it the people that work for them in civilian clothes will bid you up till you can't afford it then that person will drop their bid and someone will come to you and tell you oh the person just backed out retracted their bid do you still want the car? Then offer you only $100 off whatever that person bid. We actually bought a car but of course drove it home and it overheated. Most of these cars look nice on the outside but the motors are messed up. The one we bought had no lights on on the dashboard we stuck the diagnostic tool and to see if there was anything wrong and it said no there was everything was fine. But it's still overheated. If you want to buy a car from these people you and make sure you bring $5,000 with you opening bid starts at $200 but they have people there driving up the price. UPDATE: they sold us a car with a cracked engine. Even if you have a tool to test these cars like we did there's still things wrong with them check the oil check the antifreeze literally check everything you can check before you buy it from any of these auctions. read more

I donated a car but ended up not agreeing with how the donation process would occur so I requested to take it back. They took the car to this place and would not allow it to be released. I had someone that wanted to pick the car up and offered a notarized letter for the person to pick up the vehicle with but they said it couldn't happen for another week and they wanted to start charging me $25 per day for storage. This place is trying to "protect themselves" by doing this. It is a ripoff. Do not use this company! read more

On a tight budget, I needed to find replacement for 2 of my old, high maintenance vehicles. No way I'm buying a new car and SUV. Forget high payments, high interest, and high insurance for 5 years. So, I came to 905 Auto Auctions. I've been to auto auctions in the past. Most experiences were okay. When I was here on Tuesday (auto auctions are Tuesday and Friday here), I was very impressed with the staff here. Friendly, great attitude, straight forward, and smiles! They all made me feel comfortable, even with me asking (probably the same questions they hear every day) them about what and how their auction works. I came last week to get a feel. This time I was able to make 2 purchases. What makes 905 also stand out, is that they let you borrow the key for the vehicle you want to look at (they hold your license), and let you check out the vehicle. Of course you can't test drive it, but now you get a chance to make a better decision than if you had gone to a different auction (some places won't even let you open the hood). I highly recommend this place. The auctioneer is bilingual and caters a bit to the huge Mexican clientele, which makes sense, but he does do enough English for the non Spanish speakers. Called at 4pm asked if they were open receptionist said yes until 5 drove 30 minutes down there once I got there asked if I can go in to look at cars and the guy was like "well are you going to buy a car?" Obviously if I went down there for a reason the receptionist said "no we aren't open to the public right now to see a car it's by appointment only." So tell me why you guys are open till 5pm then? so I can drive all the way down to make an appointment only to return for my appointment the next day? They don't have any type of customer service what so ever and are super rude they don't know how to talk to customers when the receptionist spoke to me she didn't even stand up from her dest to look at me or anything do not buy any vehicles from here they don't deserve to be an open "business" save you're time and money. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They sold me a car saying i had to spend on it very little money which it was a great deal. Few hours later i discovered that the whole engine has to be replaced cause of a blown head gasket. In a country based on the reviews hopefully this one can help people to understand how these people are non-professional and double-faced. Avoid this place! They sold me a car listed as "clean title" when I won the bid and took the paperwork to the DMV they informed me it is in process of being a "salvaged" title. When I called 905 the lady that answered was very rude and just pointed out that they are not responsible for that. I asked "then why even advertise the title status?" the lady had no response for that and directed me to the contract. I asked for at least the fees that the DMV was charging me to process the "salvaged title" since it was supposed to be a clean title vehicle and 905 refused. I have contacted the BBB and filed a complaint. Avoid the hassle of dealing with them. I wasted time & money. They have shady business practices. Stay away. read more

This auction house was a bad experience most of the cars here are donations and if your is not they charge a flat fee . This is why when junk cars come to the auction block they make a tremendous effort including crowd barkers that open the hood and doors and try to generate some interest. When my car came up hardly a word was spoken Year and make any offers lets move on 30 seconds tops. I realized they did not care to sell because they were getting a flat fee no matter what! To make it worse when I came to get my car the stereo was gone and the heater knob was removed. When I asked they said maybe I had left it at home.Long story short avoid this auction! read more
