I did have to replace the radiator and idle control valve. Some people would complain and say that is too much but realistically, a car that's 25 years old will usually come with the need for replacing parts and or maintenance. He was really helpful & made the transaction easy. He answered all my questions and let me test drive it without issues which lowered any uncertainties. He also washed the car for me & dropped it off at my house, which was very polite of him to do for same day payment and delivery despite it being late so I didn't have to drive back the next day. He also wasn't pushy & he was also negotiable on price. He also provided a service log, when I asked for one. I do reccomend this place but with having an open mind, if you get a used car you will have to put some maintenance and an open mind there maybe the possibility of replacing some to a few car parts.

A few days later, the salesperson contacted me and asked what price I was looking for. After discussing numbers, he texted me an out-the-door price that worked for me if I came back the next day. I made one final counteroffer, which he said the owner declined. I responded that we would still come the next day, and he replied, "I'll be here." At no point did he tell me that the previously discussed out-the-door price was no longer available. My son and I drove approximately three hours back to the dealership expecting to purchase the vehicle. After we arrived, we were told the owner would not honor the previously discussed price and that the dealership was sticking to the advertised price. We immediately left. The issue wasn't that my final counteroffer wasn't accepted. The issue was that we drove six hours round trip based on what we reasonably believed was an agreed-upon price, only to find out after arriving that it would not be honored. I understand that negotiations don't always end in a sale, and I don't expect every offer to be accepted. However, I do expect clear communication and respect for a customer's time. Had the dealership simply told me before I made the drive that the original offer was no longer available, I never would have made the trip. If you're traveling from out of town, I strongly recommend getting a written buyer's order or purchase agreement approved by management before making the drive. It could save you hours of driving and a great deal of frustration.

I was able to trade my 2008 Dodge Avenger SXT, that had many many problems and it was due for smog and registration. Even though I wasn't able to drive off the lot for a few days, they went above and beyond making sure the car was cleaned and all the little issues fixed. There was a small dent in the bumper and they fixed that, the top to the sunroof cover was replaced also. When I got there they had it washed and even put a big red bow on it for me because it was an early birthday present for myself. Aziz was very prompt at communicating with me if I had any questions while waiting for my car and Manny was also great at answering all my questions and even making sure my name was spelled correctly on all the forms LOL. Each time I went to them in hopes to pick the car up, they were always friendly and always offered me water and of course a very large supply of candy which they insisted on me taking.
