This was a super easy experience, many options and reasonably priced. Once we pulled up to the…read moreplace to rent a bike, we had options of a regular bike bike with assist or an actual electric bike. I chose the electric bike as I wanted to take in the scene instead of having to huff and puff and peddling the entire time. While he gathered the bikes that we would need the process for a waiver was very easy and it's a QR code that you can do on your phone. You have to pay for your rental before leaving so by the time you come back, you drop it off and it was a very smooth process. The bikes are very well kept, and there is a number on the bike in case you do have any questions or something Has happened then we were given a pretty good easy trail to do in the amount of time that we paid for. I definitely recommend it. It's an easy process and I have absolutely no complaints about this place.

I brought my bike here for a bent rim and they had it fixed within 4 days during the busy summertime. They charged $50. Their road bike inventory is super limited compared to their mountain bike inventory, but they can order anything online and have it shipped to their store for assembly. The prices are reasonable and their staff is always very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

We did the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail Scenic Bike Tour and it was amazing. I cannot remember the…read moregirls name who did our tour (June 16th, 2023 9:00 am tour) but she was so sweet and so informative. She was extreme friendly and engaging with the group. We met at the center and then headed into Kincaid Park. We saw some moose on the way into the park and they stopped to let us get a closer look! They set up all the bikes for us and had water, rain coats and gloves since the weather forecast for our trip was rainy. She did a great job giving us the history on the stops through our 10 mile ride. It was relatively flat and the entire path is paved and there were some hills but wasn't too bad. The mosquitos were out even though it was chilly outside so bring bug spray to be prepared. We ran into a mom and 2 baby moose on our trip and had to wait out to see which way they went. Again do I think you can rent bikes and do this yourself - yes but you won't get the history lesson with it and I think that makes it all the difference.
