Last minute decided to get a manicure and pedicure ... this salon was tops ... Kelsey, my nail technician, was superb ... I had picked a nail color and didn't like how it looked on my toes .. she found me just the perfect color for my complexion and skin tone ... extremely friendly and took her time when doing my pedicure and manicure ... did not feel rushed at all as some other places where I've gone ... thank you .. read more

I've been going to Queen Creek Nails & Spa for years and I absolutely love it! The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. No matter who I've seen, I've always walked out happy--pretty much every nail tech there has done my nails at some point and they all do a great job. I especially want to give a shoutout to Jen--her nail art and designs are incredible! She's creative, patient, and always takes the time to make sure my nails look perfect. Whether I want something simple or a detailed design, she nails it every time (no pun intended!). The salon is clean, relaxing, and consistent with quality and service. Highly recommend! read more

Anne is the best! She never has me wait. I can show her any design and she can duplicate it perfectly. My nails stay looking as good after 4 weeks as they do on the day she did them. Also have had my eyebrows waxed and pedicure and those services were great too. Prices are pretty high but you get what you pay for. I do recommend Queen Creek Nails read more

This was the first time I went to QC nail salon. I had a gel manicure done. Instead of soaking off the gel polish, Leo drilled it off. By drilling off the polish. He drilled down my natural nails... and they are now very thin! My nail broke ( which never happens)... Tina fixed the nail. Two days later the same nail broke again... so Tina put on a tip. But this is what pissed me off... Tina said that they drill off the polish because "it's faster "... if I wanted to soak off the polish "I should soak my nail polish off at home"! I might as well do my own manicure at home! . To say the least... I won't be returning to Queen Creek Nail Salon. And yes... I read the reviews! If you go here... English is not spoken, rude people, very rushed...prices are crazy for painting toes and finger nails it's not surgery people it's nails, seriously. The polish looks watered down. Now your paying more as they do your toes AND nails in the chair having you criss cross your arms which is super uncomfortable and holding your hand up in the air to do them instead of on a table. Assembly line. One would think since customers keep them open and pay their salaries that they would make more of an effort to make you comfortable, but I don't think they appreciate their customer base so I won't be going back. Wondering if the nail techs are schooled as the quality is very poor, bloody cuticles, poor application. I have a lot of friends now doing their own. I'm going to do the same, just not worth the cost for some polish application. read more

I have been to many salons trying to find my favorite and I keep coming back to this one. I have not been disappointed whether it's a pedi, gel or dip. Other places don't offer the same quality or consistency between techs and I really have not had a tech here I haven't been pleased with. I have been here over a dozen times in the past 2 yrs. They are quick and efficient. Always busy but they have always been able to accommodate me without an appt. This last time I was paired up with Anna and I was so happy with my dip. I went with a neutral color and she took the time to make sure the area closest to my cuticle isn't left bulky and thick by the dip. Which is what I dislike most about when a the manicure grows out. When I find a tech that can pay special attention to that area I am very happy! read more

I used to be a regular I will be no longer. Prices raised, poor job on nails. I got my manicure Saturday evening and by Monday morning chipped off. It happens! Im completely understanding. See pictures. I thought I would give it one more try this morning and went in to have color done. The man at the front desk said it would be 35 min, no problem! I will go to Safeway and be right back so I put my name in. The man looked at me and said "you go and when you come back I'll tell you how long it will be." I politely told him that I put my name in and go to Safeway that I will be back before 35 min. He pointed to a lady who was waiting. and said you have to wait here for 35 min or your time starts over like her. Never coming back this used to be a great place. Overpriced , nail chip and lousy customer service. No thank you! read more

My first time coming here was yesterday and it was AMAZING! I got there at about 8:50am (they open at 9am) and the front door was already open with two women already sat for their 9am appointments! They sat me right away! Chris did my nails and was so nice, gentle, and talented! The shape was so perfect that i almost didn't want to get a design because the base was so pretty!!! I was nervous to ask for a design because I had never gotten design before but Chris was reassuring and my nails turned out BEAUTIFUL! I had my nails done for the very first time at Queen Creek Nails. I choose a dipped manicure because I was told it was stronger than gel nails! I will now always do dipped manicures. I was very impressed with my technician and the quality of service provided. The staff was friendly and even though they were very busy I felt that my needs were met and I didn't feel rushed! My tech was fast and precise and did a great job! It's been almost a week and my nails still look perfect! They held up after 2 beach days and lots of digging in the sand and playing catch. All the other place I've tried in AZ, before finding this place, the nails are coming apart after a week or two. These looked brand new (minus grow out) for a full month. Now I know he didn't get polish, but he should at least get the full 35 minutes if he's paying the full price. It also says 10 minute massage, I watched the lady and it was no where 10 minutes. His lady also just sat there, didn't say a word or even acknowledge his existence. 5 stars for my person, 0 for his. We still gave her a 10.00 tip. They also had a cute Mother's Day snack bar. EDIT: about an hour after I left I felt a burning on my eyelid and noticed it had been cut and she didn't even say anything. Also noticed plenty of hairs she didn't even pluck. Guess this isn't the place to get a eyebrow wax. I'll keep coming for the pedicure though.

The pedicure was wonderful, and I was very happy with my feet. Unfortunately, my eyebrow experience was the complete opposite. I specifically asked for a simple eyebrow cleanup, but the technician removed far more hair than she should have. My eyebrows are now noticeably uneven, and a significant portion of my right eyebrow is missing. When I expressed my concern, the technician insisted she had not made a mistake, despite the obvious difference in my eyebrows. I then spoke with the manager, hoping the situation would be taken seriously. Initially, it felt like my concerns were being dismissed. After I removed my glasses so she could get a closer look, I was simply offered a discount for a future visit. I found that response unacceptable given the extent of the mistake. I had an event to attend that same day, and instead of feeling confident, I left feeling embarrassed and upset. While I appreciate the excellent pedicure service, the handling of my eyebrow appointment and the lack of accountability afterward have ensured that I will not be returning. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously in the future and provides better training and customer service when mistakes occur.

There are so many colors to choose from and they have a nice display so you can choose the perfect shade. I got a pedicure which included shaping/cuticle trim, color, sugar exfoliator, foot mask, mud mask, and a massage for cheaper than other places! My feet were super soft once I was finished. Then the nails! I normally just do a solid color but the tech seemed very comfortable with designs. At the last minute, I switched from a solid color to wanting polka dot nails. He chose the perfect light pink shade and made sure the polka dots were the exact size and pattern I wanted. I'm obsessed with my nails and I keep getting compliments on them! I was also surprised by the $2 sanitation fee. It's not the amount that bothers me it's the principle. Maintaining clean, sanitized tools and equipment should be a standard part of doing business, not an extra charge passed on to customers. To me, that's simply part of the service I'm already paying for. The quality of the pedicure was great, but the wait and additional fee left me with mixed feelings about the experience. I don't believe I will be back.

I told her I will just wait for them to fall off. I asked her do I pay up front or with you. Again, this was my first time there. She told me to pay upfront. Worse customer service. Beyond disappointed. This place should remove spa from their name. There is absolutely no spa vibe there. I can't speak for the rest of the services but if you need lashes, avoid this place!

The basic pedicure comes with a sugar scrub, lotion massage and of course the basic heel scrub, nail cut, and cuticle care. While the staff was friendly, I felt that the service didn't quite meet the standard I'm used to. My "massage" felt more like she was just rubbing the lotion on me, my nails were not cut down enough (which is my fault I could've told her to go shorter), and I also felt like she didn't even try not one bit for my heel scrub. Also, usually my polish lasts for a good 3 weeks, sometimes even a month but I felt like I needed a touch up by week 1.5. Overall, I appreciate the effort and friendliness, and I think with a little more attention to detail, the experience could be even better.

I have been coming here for 8 years and consistently been happy with every service. My fav tech is Jay (Jay does not do pedicures due to a physical injury, FYI). Especially if you want some awesome free hand artwork. I have moved 30 minutes away so there have been times I've wanted to try closer places to save drive time. Let me tell you, I have tried EVERY nail shop (more than once) between San Tan Valley and Queen Creek. I am always left with a subpar job and am always overcharged. Queen Creek Nails is where I find myself running back to. I've decided to give up saving drive time because I save money by coming here and know I will leave with being given the best service out there! Attached is my latest set by Jay. I moved from Tucson in February and have been coming here ever since. I will not go anywhere else, I love this salon so much. Every tech here is great and takes their time with you. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seated. There are many color options and they don't push any additional things onto you.
