Instead of somebody else to open up and check us out, they have three employees standing around, trying to solve the problem or just observe what was going on, extremely frustrating! Managers need to train your associates! This could have been so smooth and simple if there weren't so many associates standing around the one coupon problem, or whatever was going on with both lines ! In fact, although the store did not have in stock what I had come in for, Joseph was quick to help me find an even better product at a lesser price. And it wasn't just Joseph who provided excellent customer care. There were also other employees whom I was asked questions of that made me question why the Yelp Review star ratings were so poor.
