I opened a business account with Verizon Communications at this store on November 30 after being quoted a plan that was supposed to be around $160 per month for four lines. Based on what we were told in the store, we switched from T-Mobile and upgraded our devices. Unfortunately, the experience since then has been extremely frustrating. Our monthly bill should be around $167 (confirmed later by a Verizon billing representative), yet our first three bills were approximately $340, $340, and $370. That's hundreds of dollars in overcharges. To make matters worse: * Insurance was added to our account without our authorization * The $1,200 promotional credit that was promised when we signed up was applied in a way that simply covered inflated bills rather than fixing the billing error * We've spent three months trying to get this corrected The reps who assisted us, Juan and Amani, have repeatedly told us to "wait another billing cycle," but have not provided any actual resolution. We've visited the store multiple times and called customer service, and each time we're told to wait again. At this point: * We have been overcharged hundreds of dollars * We have a reference number for the issue * We have filed a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission because the issue remains unresolved On top of the billing issues, the cell service itself has been disappointing compared to what we had previously, which makes this situation even more frustrating. After three months of trying to resolve this, we are requesting a full correction and refund of the overcharges. If this is not resolved soon, we will be cancelling the account. If you're considering opening a business account here, I strongly recommend getting every detail in writing and watching your bills very closely. read more

The service was good. Get there when they open and there shouldn't be a wait. The nice service lady didn't even charge use for helping us set a phone up because we ran into an issue trying to do it at home. I think that was really cool since Ive been to other stores over the years where they say they have to charge a $10 fee or something like that. It was over all a good experience. read more

I went into the Menifee location and I was helped by Ozzy, who was covering for someone, who usually works in Lake Elsinore. He provided amazing service and he stayed late to help me install an App for my job and learn how to use the iPhone 17. I was grateful for Ozzy's kindness and consideration. Trust the other reviews on this store.... They are not a "corporate store" and will rely on this if you need to return anything. The service starts out friendly but their skills are not that of real corporate stores obviously. They talked me into trying the home internet which sucks as I predicted. They started 2 new lines as well without explaining that. When I brought the device back less than 24 hours later, they said I'd need to get a label and drive it to a "corporate store." NO I won't and didn't and had to get corporate to send labels for me to return. What a crap experience. I've learned over the years that you MUST FIND A CORPORATE OWNED STORE. This is Bonnie James's wife. I wanted to give a great review to April Cardenas as she helped me get a new I phone. My husband passed away 3 years ago and he was the techy in our family. I would not have been able to get a new phone and been able to set it up. April helped me by setting up everything. We had our phones connected with only one account so all info went on both phones. She was able to show me how to get my own I Cloud account. She helped me log into all of my accounts and create passwords for me. There is no way I could have done this without her. April was so patient with this 70 year old lady. I can't tell you what it meant to me. I have been back to see her several times and everytime she is so patient smiling all the while. If I could give this location a zero star rating I would. Buyer beware this is NOT a Verizon corporation location. This is a franchise and they are able to upcharge on whatever they want. They added features to our acct without our permission and tried telling us it was always on our acct. They did NOT explain that the "free" watch with our phone upgrade actually was part of a promotion that would change our acct other than the "only change will be a line fee of $5.00". They also said we couldn't do the smart switch and charged us 29.99 and 39.99 per line for the upgrades. I had to go back to the store and spent 1.5 hrs on the phone with Verizon trying to get it all straightened out and it still isn't!! This location deals fraudulently with customers. After I contacted Verizon directly they advised me to never go to this location and informed me of the other 2 locations that were corporate stores. My fault for not looking at the Yelp ratings for this location. Not all Verizon stores are alike. We lost so much money in one transaction. And we can't take the phones back without losing money on restocking fees!! read more

Do not go in this store, they charge for a set up and go service even though they don't change the information from one phone to the other. They say it's standard fee regardless if they do it or you do it yourself at home. They also charge an extra $10 per phone called balance of trade in phone, even if you don't have a balance. They say it's because the phone is listed at a cheaper price and the needed to charge extra for the new phone. So why do they charge for things that are not listed as marked. I called Verizon to complain, but because this is not an official Verizon store, they are just authorized to sell through Verizon, they can not help me get my money back. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Oh and they don't give you a receipt. They gave me a sheet with nothing on it and when I got home I had a print out of my name and that was it. I had to go back to find out why they charged me $700 and they said they don't give that out they can only show me on the screen read more

Annoyed with the experience here. Awhile back I came to get a new phone after a few days I noticed my phone was acting up I came in to switch phones before my 30 days of having the phone and I told them what was happening this lady Sophie or Sophia don't remember said that I could not switch my phone unless the person who sold it to me was here which was April rose. April was very nice but I quickly got annoyed because I came in every single day for two weeks and she was never here because she was "sick" understanding i guess maybe I was dumb coming everyday wasting my gas and should've just spoken to a manager or called customer service but I thought it would be easier to come in but like I said I still came in there was some guy that kept telling me every time sorry we can't help you .the last time I went in this damn April rose was finally here but guess what ? of course it was past the 30 days how annoying ! It was technically the 29th day but she still couldn't get access into switching the phones and I was very angry because it was her fault not mine that it was past the 30 days, her fault as well as Sophie . Anyways I still needed a new phone so I finally decided to call customer service they helped me and sent me a new phone right away and they let me know that ANYONE at that damn store could've switched the phone for me . Wowwww. Now I'm getting charged this big bill because I had to return the old phone but they're saying that I didn't . Of course I'm not paying it because I did return the phone and I have proof that I did I have the receipt and the tracking number saying that it was delivered. My phone and my family's phone had no service for about three days thanks to Sophie. I've been here for over two hours at the store with an employee name Carson who has been very nice and helpful as well as Ion the phone with Verizon trying to figure this out I really hope we solve this today so that our phone can finally work this really sucks cause this could have all been avoided if the employees at this location would just not be lazy and do there job. Came to the store to add a line to my current account brought my own device requested for a $30 start plan and instead I received a $55 plan plus $17 protection plan plus a $5.99 cloud service plus $35 activation fee. My bill was an extra $126. Definitely don't recommend coming here with these type of employees. read more

Horrible customer service. I went in because I just purchased the iPhone thirteen pro and I had it shipped to me and hopes of having the store help me transfer everything to my new phone contacts email apps etc. Including putting the screen protector on my new phone. The second the customer service rep asked me what I was there for he basically shut me down immediately saying sorry that's going to take two hours and we close in an hour and 45 minutes.
