Worst customer service ever. All the workers were rude and disrespectful. They made us wait 49 mins

I opened a business account with Verizon Communications at this store on November 30 after being…read morequoted a plan that was supposed to be around $160 per month for four lines. Based on what we were told in the store, we switched from T-Mobile and upgraded our devices. Unfortunately, the experience since then has been extremely frustrating. Our monthly bill should be around $167 (confirmed later by a Verizon billing representative), yet our first three bills were approximately $340, $340, and $370. That's hundreds of dollars in overcharges. To make matters worse: * Insurance was added to our account without our authorization * The $1,200 promotional credit that was promised when we signed up was applied in a way that simply covered inflated bills rather than fixing the billing error * We've spent three months trying to get this corrected The reps who assisted us, Juan and Amani, have repeatedly told us to "wait another billing cycle," but have not provided any actual resolution. We've visited the store multiple times and called customer service, and each time we're told to wait again. At this point: * We have been overcharged hundreds of dollars * We have a reference number for the issue * We have filed a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission because the issue remains unresolved On top of the billing issues, the cell service itself has been disappointing compared to what we had previously, which makes this situation even more frustrating. After three months of trying to resolve this, we are requesting a full correction and refund of the overcharges. If this is not resolved soon, we will be cancelling the account. If you're considering opening a business account here, I strongly recommend getting every detail in writing and watching your bills very closely.

The service was good. Get there when they open and there shouldn't be a wait. I think that was really cool since Ive been to other stores over the years where they say they have to charge a $10 fee or something like that. It was over all a good experience.

CHEAP PRODUCT, BEWARE. I went in to repair the front and back of my iPhone 15 pro max for $350…read moretotal. I was told they had various options, but due to financial struggles I went with the most affordable option, the $150 Home Screen & $200 back glass. I specifically asked if there were any past complaints/issues with the screen because I did plan on using the phone for a long period of time. The gentleman at the front said, "No, but if you're planning on using it for more than a year, I would recommend the original apple screen." Fortunately I had planned on replacing my phone within the year, so the $150 screen worked best. However it took a few days, and I WOKE UP to colorful lines on my screen & then a white line running from top to bottom. It had fallen between my bed and wall while charging over night. But my issue is, why is it that sensitive? Mind you it fell onto carpet & my phone had a screen protector AND case on it. I took the phone back and Andrew replaced it, no problem. Then A FEW DAYS LATER, I had my phone in my back pocket & when I grabbed it, the bottom right corner was cracked!! Same spot, this time it went black and the next morning the screen turned ALL WHITE & I could no longer use it. So I returned back to the shop and let him know what had happened and he turned me away. Claiming the owner, or whoever they send the damaged product to wouldn't accept it due to the cracks at the bottom of the screen. I argued that the screen was promised to last, at the very least, A YEAR and I've been back to replace it TWICE now, in the past 14 days, and have had nothing but issues. Disappointingly, he offered to replace it at an extra charge. I told him I wasn't going to continue paying them more and more money when the product isn't even reliable. I told him I needed the screen to work so I could transfer my info to my new phone. He offered to discount me $50 on a $150 option, where they TEMPORARILY replace the screen so I could transfer all my info over. Which is absurd because at that point I might as well get a new screen entirely. The owners seem money hungry, flipping cheap product to make easy money! The material being sold is cheap/flimsy and not durable for day to day living at all!! I understand it was the cheapest option, but $150 in this economy is not cheap at the moment. To be selling product that is going to require coming back, to put more money in the companies pocket due to replacements, is ridiculous! Andrew was a nice guy, but the owner? Not so much. SAVE YOUR MONEY & GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Read the reviews, I wish I had. Now I'm out $350 because the phone broke 14 days later anyways.
