Great customer care and genuine assistance is very rare these days so it gives me great pleasure to write a review for those that are deserving. Jennifer is a very deserving person. She went above and beyond to make sure my mother and I were well taken cafe of. She even stayed late to ensure that the great customer service was continued. To me it speaks volumes as to her character because she didn't have to, she chose to. I would recommend anybody looking for any communication to go see Jennifer at the Lake Elsinore T-mobil location. Yes I was scammed and lied to from the very first I walk in there. Got one phone . One number. Then went to pay bill. Had 2 lines. They said they fixed it but did not. So I got one phone one internet. She told me 70 pun. 35. Internet. My bill was 175 when I went to pay. Found out I had 2 phone lines and a watch now which I never got. Went to store they did nothing for me. Manager not there anymore. Told me to go to another store and talk to her which is just not right. Told me service would not shut off. Then service cut off and I had to pay 192 dollars to get it back on. Not 105 plus tax but 192. They all lied to me and now I want my money back that I had to pay for restoring service. I feel scammed. It's not cool at all. Given one price then charged another. Have no watch no other lines. What a joke just scammed. I reporting them every where I can till I'm paid back. The customer service here is poor. I would never recommend this location to anyone. The way they treated my husband was ridiculous. To Christian the guy that was rude and disrespectful for no apparent reason, you should be in a different line of work. You were so nice to other customers who clearly came in and signed in after my husband did and waited for all them to be helped first before coming to help us. What's the point of signing in and waiting in a virtual line if you skip people? Makes no sense. Not to mention that you didn't even want to help us at all. Like why? Did we do something to you? We were very patient. Did not complain or anything and you brushed us off as if we were bothering you??? It's obvious why you didn't want to help us I said what I said. Came in to return an item to the nearest Tmobile. An employee named " CAT " helped me out, I had to make sure a line was cancelled , and if she was able to call 611 customer service from the store to make sure I get help before I go home, She proceeded to say no that I can call at home on my own time. SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE , UNPROFESSIONAL, & had a BAD ATTITUDE. she needs to be let go, she can't even make a phone call to customer service, not because she couldn't but because she didn't want to. read more

So, disappointed that I didn't check the ratings on this store before going there!!! The service is horrible and the ratings are exactly right. I ordered a new phone and promised it would arrive in a couple of weeks. Upon calling the store to ask where is my phone the manager told me he couldn't tell me anything and to call the main customer service number. Needless to say, the main customer service folks were unable to give me any answers, because they cannot see the order number. So, I called the store back and spoke to the male manager again (who was rude and abrupt). He now tells me that it says pending in his system and that he's helping another customer so he'll call me back and hung up on me. I AM CANCELING MY NEW PHONE AND GETTING MY MONEY BACK!!! These folks don't even deserve one star!!! Sprint was able to determine that these guys didn't even submit my order -- it was labeled incomplete. Take your money elsewhere the other T-Mobile stores in the area are much nicer. read more

If I could give this please zero stars I definitely would. My husband and I walked in to complete an upgrade on our phones. There is no greeting and we stood there waiting for someone to let us know where we needed to sign is because there was a line. As, I understand I know it's busy and it's the holidays but customer service goes along way along with a positive attitude. My husband walked up and he asked where we needed to sign in and she gave us an attitude and said "someone will be with you" with an attitude. No need to be rude! If you're having a bad attitude leave it at home. We walked right out. Just some advise to the management, customer service definitely needs to be a training topic. read more

T-Mobile ripped us off for $400. They signed us up at the Orange County fair couldn't connect our phones and then had us cancel. Started a new line and charges 400 for the ones that didn't work. This place is a rip off do not use T-Mobile. read more

So just left the T-Mobile off Collier, my nephew and I are there for 2 hours ,The representative there were the most incompetent ive encountered since being with T-Mobile, As a matter of fact the girl it was helping me decided to take her break in the middle of our transaction,i tried to jump my phone to upgrade they said my phone did not have jump ,however my wife's phone had 2 jumps on it ,by the time they figured it out they said I needed to pay $101.27, after waiting 40 more minutes they said I needed to give an additional .25, and then the girl Cat was extremely rude, It became so frustrating after hours trying to upgrade my phone that I ended up walking out without a new phone. This location with a shout out to Eric the manager has been amazing! I came in with two problems... 1st made working from home difficult! With these pandemic times I have no other lively hood! Eric recommended a hot spot after months of searching (literally 4 months) and I took it because it was months to month. I haven't had any internet issues at home since then i wished I would have come in dinner. 2nd I took my old phone to hook up and he knew exactly what to do I picked up the chip at another location they told me I wasn't going to be able to connect this old thing. Eric's team came through again! This team is knowledgeable and passionate about what they would do. I highly recommend this location! read more

I'm way late on this review but I'd like to recognize Cat for being absolutely out of this world helpful the two times I've been to the store. I have a rather complicated situation with a family member dealing with dementia and Cat is always willing to get creative and go above and beyond to help us. So disappointed. Went to upgrade 2 lines on Black Friday. They were having a promotion for getting iPhone 13 & airpod on us. I upgraded my 2 lines to get iPhone 13 and got 2 AirPods. The guy that helped me processed the rebates online for the 2 AirPods and assured me that I'll be getting 2 rebate cards for the 2 AirPods. After 6 weeks of waiting. I got the text about my rebate for 1 airpod. I called T-Mobile customer service to check why my other rebate was denied. I was told that they can only do 1 rebate per account. So I was misinformed when I got the AirPods at T-Mobile store. I definitely regret getting the AirPods at T-Mobile. Should've gotten it cheaper at other stores. Plus knowing that I got ripped off trading in 2 iPhone XR for $127 each when AT&T pays about $600 to trade in iPhone XR. So dissatisfied with this company. Plus they also replaced our SIM card to a 5G one and it's actually slower and the connection is worse so we just turned the 5G and back to LTE. read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sales people are rude and not at all helpful. And, they gave me the wrong information about canceling my account so that I owed an additional month payment because I listened to the employees at the store. I will never, ever recommend T Mobile to anyone. I ended up getting a brand new upgraded phone plus service from another provider for the same price T Mobile charged me for just service. read more

This T-Mobile has the worst workers ever. They don't help you with your problems, I just wanted to pay my phone bill and one of the workers Jennifer was talking about needing a pin to pay my phone which they never ask for. I have payed my phone several times and they never ask me for any of the information she was asking for. She gave me a 1-800 number to pay my phone and said to ask for a pin, those calls take over a half an hour to answer. I have never experienced something as distressing like this place. 100% not recommended if you wanna pay your phone bill. read more

Leaving one star because It's required but I couldn't say what that star is for because there's nothing good about this store. We went there on 12/20/21 at about 1pm. The girl at the counter, Cat, was helping a couple and the other girl, didn't catch her name, was with a couple at the desk in the far corner. There was also one gentleman waiting. We had no problem waiting in line. Cat Was finally able to have a moment free so she could come and find out why the other gentleman and we were there. When we started to tell her we were immediately Told we can't do that here, without even listening to our entire explanation. If they really couldn't do it that's OK, we understand but she had such attitude and we hadn't given her a reason to. My husband and I sat down at a table to discuss what we were going to do and the other girl finished with her couple and so my husband stood up and asked her a question and she gave just as much attitude. I don't know what's going on in this store that makes it employees so angry, but it's ridiculous. We ended up going to the store off of Clinton Keith, and they were able to help us right away. T-Mobile is awesome but avoid the store like the plague. There are other stores relatively close by where you will actually be helped and not treated badly either. read more
