We misplaced our car key and the car was parked at the pool. There was a violation notice placed on the car advising if the car was not moved right away it would be towed. We did not see the sign until 3:30pm. After unsuccessfully searching for the car key (we've only had one set for 12 years) I called (2) places. The first place said they would call me back in 5 minutes, I waited 30 minutes and contacted Cobb Parkway Locksmith and he advised he was on his way! Gadi, who is very personable advised once I gave him our address that he would be to us on a Thursday evening at 5:11pm (they close at 6pm) in 35 minutes and he arrived ON TIME with a HUGE smile on his face! We only had one key for our late son's old car. Needed a couple more cut. We were able to just walk into their store to get them cut! Didn't have to wait to make an appointment for someone to come out to our house. Them coming to you is nice.... (And these guys definitely can!) but sometimes just just want to walk in and get a key made! Every other place I called did have a store front to walk into, or I'd still have to make an appointment for "one of our guys to be here". These guys,you could tell, knew what they were doing. Unbelievably fast customer service! I locked my keys in my car (while it was running!) and was going to be late to pick my kid up for a doctors appointment. 10 mins after I called, my hero Gotti arrived and opened the door within a minute. Cannot recommend this company enough! We had Tony out to my condo to fix a job on my front door after paying over $400 on another locksmith. The locks wouldn't line up and got progressively worse as the days went on. Tony came out and fixed in literally 15 minutes and barely charged us for the quick fix. I needed the key cylinders for a storm door and sliding patio door rekeyedo. Another company sent a technician, but they said they could not be re-keyed.
