For some reason I've always had major issues with computers. Don't ask why! When I asked Vlad to help me out and take a look at my defunct computer he not only took a look at it, but made a free back-up CD for me with all my photos and documents! He did it right away too. After he looked at it, I realized I could send it back to the manufacturer for free and get a new hard drive, or whatever was wrong with it. My hard drive crashed on Monday. I called Vlad and he offered to repair it the same day but I declined because I was certain I could "DIY." I called the computer manufacturer, Microsoft, and Norton (backup restore). They were all useless. On Friday, I surrendered and called Vlad again. Several hours later Raphael came to my house and literally had me up and running in 45 minutes. The price for an hour was waaay less than what I would be willing to pay to get my data back. While we waited for the computer to restore itself, he cleaned the fans and internals as well as looked at a couple other computers I have. These guys are amazing! I was in the middle of a work project when my laptop decided to take a....well, you know. Since I go to school here in the financial district I had seen the signs and a few flyers for these guys and remembered how fast some of the other students said they were. My HP laptop crashed after I dropped it and then erased everything during one of the blue screens of death. So, all that could be done was to put Humpty Dumpty back together again. PC Help was close by, had good reviews and there was a Yelp deal. They fixed overnight, took a little while, but they restored as much as they could and were very forthright about everything. My new computer was a mess. I called 911 PC Help late morning on a Friday. I left a message and Vladimir called me within 30 minutes. I explained what was going on and was told they could help.
