He was at my house within the hour with multiple pumps. After the pumps did their job, Joe placed several fans and dehumidifiers in the basement. When everything was dry, he sprayed the walls for mold. Joe was extremely helpful. His response time was outstanding. His professionalism and ability to understand the problem was second to none. I hope nobody ever has to call Joe, because that means their basement or something was flooded. But in the invent they have an emergency, Joe is the guy to call.
