Later he would muddy our ability to move forward by providing false information to our building manager, claiming the units you were paid to remediate from mold were "slated for removal" This was never said to anyone at First Service Residential, and the units indeed are still sitting in the apartment, and based on the written statement from Anthony at Duct Dusters, the third party HVAC specialists you hired, they were unable to fully clean the units, thus they remain both unusable since you disassembled them, and unsafe. Following, your CFO made ridiculous requests while your PM hadn't even done what she claimed he had, you took my money and quit without notice when I initiated contact, you didn't complete the remediation as stipulated by the inspector at RTK environmental... and everything else I wrote is a fact, aside from my own opinion of how Anthony Villiani manipulated me, but I assure you I have serious reason to place this accusation and I am more than happy to continue to prove it, as I did in my email to all three of you which has gone unanswered for months.
