At first, I thought one of my previous chip repairs had failed, but it turned out I had never actually had that particular chip repaired. Lots of window chips happened this snowboarding season! After removing the windshield, JD took the time to walk me through everything, showing me the original repairs that had been done and pointing out the unrepaired chip I had completely forgotten I didn't get fixed. seven and a half years later and the second verse (see previous review) the same as the first. the wife-unit had a crack that started high in the middle of her windshield (Toyota Rav4) that had steadily inched all the way to the bottom corner, passenger side. after waiting a year for her to get around to getting it fixed, I stuffed her Christmas stocking with a commitment to get the work done and scheduled a visit from these fine folks. The good: Fast, responsive, easy. The bad: Deceptive, unprofessional, confusing Messaged them and got serviced within an hour. Great right? Not so much.... I showed them pictures and gave clear description of the 2 little chips on the windshield. Upon arrival it's at a car washing hub so you'll have to look really hard or call them again to have a person come out and get you. I was quoted 85 for 2 chips but when I got there they said that's only the price for 1. So someone messed up or lied? Then right when I parked the dude instantly started work on my car without much explanation of expectations or anything. He also left my windshield and hood very dirty from his clothes and tools.
