Very disappointed in my second experience when I tried to be a repeat customer. I called and understood the hours were limited with the daylight savings time and the fact it gets dark early. Abel told me to call on Friday to schedule for Saturday and would not let me make an appointment for 4 days in advance. I called on Friday as we discussed, and left a voicemail. On Tuesday my windshield was attacked by a rock. The rock won. Wednesday morning I called North Coast Auto glass and was able to come in midday. I was told it was a bad hit and the attempt to repair MIGHT make it worse. I told him to try. He was extra careful and it worked!!!! There was another spot on the same hit, but I was too small to fill, but I was assured it wouldn't spread now. Needless to say, I was very happy.
