I called on a Tuesday afternoon and got an appointment to replace my front windshield the very next day. For a 2011 Hyundai, it cost $265. The employees were all very nice. They let me know I had a small car part missing (that i didnt notice was missing), and they even helped me with a spot of rust before I get it fixed permanently. I can tell they are genuinely kind people and care about their work. I also forgot my jacket when I left and they call me back right away to let me know! I was able to come get it back a few minutes after leaving. Thank you so much to the whole team! I will be back in the future, and I will refer other people here! read more

Had my rear passenger window broke out by some scumbag was waiting for my insurance for about a month. They told me they weren't gonna cover it so I called low price auto glass. They gave me a date and the price went there. I sat down in the chair, play with my phone for a bit and they were done five stars in my book very professional great people. read more

Recently got into a collision and my driver side mirror was completely torn. I called in for a replacement and they immediately got on it.The very next day they were able to schedule me . Everybody was helpful and nice. And most of all the price was good i called every bodyshop and they most requested $700-1k but they only charged me $290 for the electrical mirror. They got it done in probably less than 20 minutes . read more

Had to replace front windshield in a jiffy after having it cracked on a roadtrip!! Gabriel (one of the techs) and Marlene (in the office) were not only more than professional, but absolutely wonderful people!! We unfortunately missed the name of the 2nd tech but between price, service, and friendliness, they made a terrible situation so much easier to deal with!! I didn't get a chance to take a picture of the before but we had a massive crack on the windshield from left to right. Stretching the whole windshield and looking like a back country road map! It was so bad and the fear of it caving it got real! I called Low Price Auto Glass here in Escondido. They quoted me over the phone and offered me same and next day appointments. I opted for next day, came in right after work. I showed up early and to my delight they were actually running ahead of schedule and said I would be done in 40 minutes. It didn't even take that long! I was checked in, work complete and paid for (same amount the originally quoted me) in under 40 minutes and they even transferred my oil change and car wash stickers. Everyone was SO kind and polite. They work fast, clean and efficient! I really dreaded having to buy a new windshield right before Christmas but I am so grateful I found this place! Called this morning to get (another) estimate to replace Jeep Cherokee windshield. The lady asked the same questions as the others and expecting another $700 plus response and a 5 to 7 day wait. I was surprised by "that will be $250 and we can do it today". Wait...really $250? Got to my appointment about 10 minutes early and was out the door in 50 minutes. This is a small shop but very effecient team. The installer showed me some weathered molding that may cause some trouble in the future but everything else was fine. Glass matched oem w all the correct hookups for rearview mirror, heaters and humidity sensor. read more

These guys are the best! Based on Yelp reviews, I chose them to replace my rear door glass on my Chrysler Pacifica after I inadvertently reversed it into the garage with the tailgate open. Don't ask. They ordered the glass immediately and booked me in for the following morning. They fitted the glass as planned and did a nice job. Only problem- the tailgate then wouldn't shut. They meticulously removed every last shard of glass and tried repeatedly for a long time to get it to close. They researched online and discovered that apparently this is a recurring problem with Pacificas. They eventually got it to shut and advised me to wait 24hrs before opening it in the hope of giving the electrical system a chance to reset . Or something. Anyway, 24hrs later I tried but find I now can't open the door at all! Called them up and arranged to bring it back in again the following morning. They then proceeded to have three guys dismantle and work on it for well over an hour until they finally got it working. And didn't charge me for anything extra, even though none of this was their fault. Oh, and did I mention that it was super cheap in the first place! Excellent customer service and excellent work from all concerned. I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys for all your auto glass needs. read more

Efficient, cheap (with living social deal), fast service..... I was that girl driving driving ghetto fabulously with the big crack and three bullet looking holes in her windshield for the past 6 years. Eh too cheap and lazy to replace it and my insurance didn't cover it. Anyways, found a living social deal that I couldn't pass up. 20 dollars for 150 dollars towards a window replacement. So really I only paid 120 bucks! SCORE! I called around other places to compare and this place was still the cheapest by far. We came on a friday afternoon and it was busy so our wait was about 45 minutes. No too bad, the time flew by anyways as dad and I sat in the little waiting room chatting with the staff. The waiting room is small but has a couple chairs, couch, water tank and some magazines. So FYI, keep your eye out for groupons or living social deals for this place. Otherwise, the guy told me it was regularly 250 bucks for a window replacement. Yikes! read more

Saturday morning I was traveling up to Ramona and it felt like I got shot with a cannon. It was rock vs. windshield and you can see who won... The larger shops my insurance works with were all booked until Tuesday or Wednesday, so I called Low Price Auto Glass on Monday. They were able to have an OEM windshield delivered and installed by noon that day. They're a small, local business but professional, friendly, and fast. And the price came out well below what my insurance was gong to cover. I would highly recommend them for repairs and will use them again if needed in the future. read more

This place is AMAZING! I went to get my windshield replaced, had a pretty nasty crack that just kept growing and growing. They got me in RIGHT away, and also only took maybe 20-30 minutes to get the job complete. The price was the exact quote I was given on the phone by the lovely and sweet receptionist. Gotta tell ya, best auto glass replacement ever. When you have an older car with both right side windows shattered, price alone would be an important consideration. Not only did they schedule coming out to the "boonies" to do the work asap, but they sent two guys who were max customer service guys. It's was done quickly, and professionally. They cleaned up all the glass and I'm an old lady that's happy happy happy to recommend them to anybody. They are the best so stop calling around. read more

I cannot say enough great things about these guys!! I work for a large company and we use Low Price Auto Glass on all of our fleet trucks, I've recommended them to my friends and family and they've done phenomenal jobs on all! Call Tony! He was great to work with on the phone, told me promptly how long it would take, what time to come in and how much it would cost. He delivered as promised on everything and I was in and out in about an hour during both my visits to change out my windshields. I plan on bringing all my work trucks here from now on. The only downside (if you can call it one) is they'll ask you four or five times during your visit what year your car is. I don't think they work off a work order and do things in their head for the most part and seem to forget the number. But, to be honest, I would gladly tell you what year my car is 100 times over and over if it saved me $50 on a windshield replacement. Two words of advice: Don't tailgate trucks carrying pea gravel and call these guys for a hassle-free window replacement! read more

These guys are really great. I had them install a windshield on my truck almost 7 years ago, and the top seal started to come loose and flap in the wind recently. I called them to take it in and fix it, and when they did, they did it for free! Despite there being a different owner, the same very sweet and helpful office manager was still there, and she still had my information on file. They are friendly, efficient, and despite their unbeatable prices, they give you excellent service! Very highly recommended! read more

Gets five stars because they get the job done (automobile glass replacement) quickly, properly and at about half the cost of most other places. They handled our SUV's passenger side rear window replacement, including vacuuming and cleaning out interior, in two days, and probably could have gotten it done in one if we had been in a hurry. read more

After searching for a low price place to get my windshield fixed, I found Low Price Auto Glass in Escondido. I called to make an appointment and they were able to schedule it for the next day at 9 AM. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told it would take no longer than 45 minutes to an hour which was great because I had to go to work right after. I got to the shop at 9 AM and gave them my keys. The waiting room is small and nothing special. They did have cold water bottles, but not much else in the realm of accommodation, so I was glad I would not have to be there that long. Around 9:45, I asked about how much longer it would be. It was then that I was told they did NOT have the right windshield for my car (even though when scheduling the apt I had specified year, make, model, etc and was told they had the part). They had already taken my windshield out of my vehicle, so I was forced to stay and wait for the correct windshield which I was told would arrive at 10:15 AM. I was then told that once it arrived, it would only take 15 minutes to install and I would be on my way. Well, 10:15 came and went. I was still sitting there at 11 AM! I asked again how long it would be and was told the delivery truck driver was stuck in traffic and they didn't know how long it would be before he was there. Since my windshield was already removed from my vehicle, I could not leave and reschedule. The lady working the office of the shop was EXTREMELY kind and considerate. She was the one redeeming part of the whole delay. Finally, at 11:30 AM my car was finished and ready to go. For the inconvenience they brought my total from 219 down to 200. It was nice of them and most of the delay was out of their control, but the inconvenience - especially when I had been told it would take no more than an hour originally - should have been worth more than just 19 dollars off. I would use them again for any of my glass needs because of the staff and because my windshield looks amazing, but next time I would plan to be there longer than they say. read more

I had the windshield replace and all the glass removed for an upcoming paint job on my 4x4 van. Once the paint was finished, all the glass was reinstalled and seals replaced in all 8 windows. Very fast and friendly service. My van has been sitting outside with all the recent rain, and not one drop of water has leaked through. Great job! read more

Very unhappy with service. Had a groupon for a chip repair. Called made an appointment for 330. Got there 10 minutes early. The shop does not do their own chip repair. They have someone come in. The guy never showed up. I left at 410. Did some errands and called to see if he had shown up by 450. I called and the shop owner called left messages and the guy never called back. I live 35 minutes from town and had made a special trip in to get this repaired. I got a refund from Groupon and went to Advanced auto glass on Industrial instead. read more

This is a fantastic little shop. Their prices cannot be beat and they are courteous and honest! They gave me a fantastic deal to have my front right passenger window replaced after someone broke into my car (and stole my MAKEUP BAG... -.-) Out the door $144. Oh and they took the time to vacuum out all the little pieces of glass that I missed from the floor and the cracks in my seat! They priced a few other things for me too while I was there and the deals really are fantastic. I will be back! read more

So I had a huge crack in my windshield - and with all of this wind I figured it was time to do something about it. I called around - basically looking for the best price and someone who would come to me within a day. The highest was with Safelite in Escondido at $215. Guess that's how they pay for all of the TV commercials... They all charged extra to come out to me, except this business. "Al", who is one of the owners, answered the phone and was super nice and very clear with the price of $150. I told him I needed someone to come out the next morning. And sure enough - a friendly guy named "Marcelo" showed up right at 9:15 am as promised. Also did a great job and the price was exactly $150 - as quoted. Best price around. I'll use them again....and hope others do! read more

Well my car was broken into over the weekend and I needed a new drivers side front window fast...These guys delivered in great order! A very straight forward small shop in Escondido's industrial area..Easy to find though! I called them up at 9:30am on a Saturday, had my car in there by 10:30 and it was done before noon. Service was straight forward and helpful...They did a good job of vacuuming most all the glass fragments out of my car even...Tested the window when I got the car and asked me if I had any questions. Before giving the details of my visit, I'd like to provide 1 paragraph of context first. In October of last year, I purchased a 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. Four days later, I got a crack over the A-pillar of my windshield that spread and required a new windshield. Because the vehicle was so new, I could only replace the windshield at Hyundai. It took me 6 weeks, more than 40 phone calls and 3 in-person visits to 4 Hyundai dealers to get it replaced. The part WAS available, but Hyundai's service departments no longer answer their phones with people. It was a horrible, frustrating experience. So when I got a ship in the replacement windshield less than 7 months later, I was terrified of needing to go back to Hyundai. I immediately called a few glass shops about crack repairs. I didn't mention I had insurance, because I wanted to see who would be the fairest priced. Sam offered me both the best price, and the best response over the phone "I'll try to save your windshield." The chip was not in a great location (just over the dashboard) and the crack had already begun to spread, so it was a tough repair. When I arrived, Sam took time to explain the process to me, as well as any possible risks. He didn't obligate me to proceed, he gave me the option to do so with full disclosure. He mentioned that some people don't like this approach - they would prefer to just be told "everything will be OK." I understand that, but I will say that personally I MUCH prefer being given the accurate information and then having the opportunity to make my own decision with no pressure. Obviously, I proceeded with the repair despite the risks, since NOT doing the repair would have just guaranteed that I needed a replacement. When the repair was complete, it looked great. The crack was barely visible (an unexpected but happy outcome for me), and it has now held for over a week of driving. It is clear to me that Sam takes pride in performing great service, at a fair price, to fully informed customers. I don't know what more you could ever ask for!
