His previous boots I bought somewhere else and he said they hurt which is why I bought them at Puddles (Hatley brand). They are really nice quality. I also got a teether for my 7m old that looks like an Oreo cookie. To the reviewer about the return policy. It's a small boutique shop. I don't think they can just take returns after so many days without a loss. I'm not sure what the return or exchange policy is, but they tell you when you purchase. I know the clearance stuff is final sale, so maybe the gift was a final sale item. Lastly, the last time I was there, I was looking for a suit for my toddler. The suit in the store was a shorts version and the one on clearance was wool. It wasn't what I was looking for. The owner, suggested a brand (mod suit) that she didn't carry and said to look into them instead. She didn't have to tell me that, and I really appreciated the info. How do you measure that level of customer service? I don't know,but it's rare to find now-a-days. It's one of the reasons I will keep going back. I hope they stay in business a long time.

Selling here- don't expect more than one or two dollars for your items. Doesn't matter if it's books, backpacks, shoes, clothes. Or an item like an infant life-jacket. I Hoped for more for my items sold. So it's kind of hard for me to spend more than five dollars on an item, knowing that they only gave one to two dollars to the person that sold it to them. We took advantage of the current sales and found lots of different items for our daughter. There was a lot of merchandise. However, the store needs more room! The shopping experience was quite cramped with narrow spacing. Though clothing was organized, multiple designs of some types of clothes were stacked on top of each other due to lack of space to lay it all out on display. While the fitting rooms were very roomy, there were only 2 of them. Also, though we were holding a lot of clothing, no one offered us a bag to shop with. We didn't even see any available until we got in line and found them right next to the registers, opposite the entry of the store.

It's not just baby stuff either, they have plenty of larger sizes for big kids too! It can be a bit pricey - I ended up spending nearly $75 for one outfit, a bow, and a little book, but I'm familiar with the brands and I knew it would be high quality (highly recommend anything bamboo fabric...softest thing ever!). I'm happy to spend that extra price tag if it's going toward a local small business too. Ironically, whenever my wife and I are traveling abroad, I always look for the nearest H&M to see what location-specific items they have. With that being said, I was ecstatic to learn that I no longer had to make the 45 minute drive to the Roseville Galleria to visit H&M...Arden mall finally has one! With the goal of doing some back to school shopping for my son, we headed out to see what this new location has to offer! As we entered the mildly busy store, we were greeted by an employee in the men's section. Sadly, I will admit that I was a bit disappointed in the size of the men's section in comparison to the women's side. Unfortunately, this H&M only occupies one floor within the mall (unlike some that cover multiple floors); therefore, it feels like a scaled-down version of what I'm used to. With that in mind, we were still able to find a few solid pieces. Overall, I'm happy that Arden Mall has an H&M. In the future, I will do my shopping online and utilize the in-store pickup option (also a great way to save time)!
