ASKO brand owners go somewhere else. Service requested for Asko washer displaying wash motor fault error. Possible reasons for this fault are known yet no components were tested or diagnosed. Testing was limited to running a dry drum spin cycle and then a second spin cycle with little water in drum. Technician Dmitry was friendly but it was clear this company is not experienced with Asko. Was told it could only handle 3 items at a time and issue is likely too much weight causing imbalance. Machine specs state dry clothing limit of 24lbs. It has flawlessly washed full loads for 12 years. 'Diagnosis' charge was $100 for zero outcome. Called with additional information the next day and was told to dump it. read more

My dishwasher just stopped working - so frustrating! I called and left a message for a repair and "Big Al" called back quickly (within an hour) to verify whether it was an emergency and to schedule an appointment. He arrived within the appointment window, and was respectful and professional the entire appointment - it was an electrical issue so he tried some preliminary solutions that unfortunately didn't work. He ordered a replacement part and came back to install 2 days later. Sadly that wasn't the solution, so he ordered a different part and set an appointment to come back - he charged me only for the part used!! NOT for another appointment!! The second part did need to be replaced- but there was some other problem too. I'm frankly not sure which of us was more frustrated- Al really wanted the repair to be effective so he went through his inspection checklist from the beginning AGAIN! This time he found the little wire that had loosened and he fixed it too! TA-DA!!! Working dishwasher!! Al was polite, professional, and efficient with his time. I appreciated his willingness to explain everything he was doing, and the mechanical processes that were being interfered with (I know - never end a sentence with a preposition) I was treated more than fairly and would 100% return as needed and recommend this service. read more

Defrost cycle was not working. The ice maker could not make ice because the freezer was not cold enough. The back panel was caked with ice. They came in the afternoon and diagnosed the issue. The part was available the next day. Luckily I had a few cooler boxes to store everything in. read more

I called them at 11 and Al showed up at 2pm. He explained the 2 possibilities why the dishwasher clogged (with 2in of water, despite cleaning the filter). He took the pump out and the bottom parts of the dishwasher, explained to my bf what he was doing, then determined that the drain line that goes behind the wall is clogged. So I need a plumber. He explained it's best to re plumb the drain line into the garbage disposal. So that's what I'll do! It wasn't cheap for 30min of service but it was worth it! Between us misordering parts and a staggered arrival time of different pieces, Big Al had to come out to the house three different times. Our hood vent was slowly dying and we needed someone to fix it. I contacted 3 separate handy people, none of whom got back to me and then I called Al at Super Appliance Repair. It says they're not open on weekends, but he picked up anyway and was there on Monday. Gave us a quick evaluation and estimate (the evaluation fee is worked into the estimate if he can fix it). Within a week (after obscure parts we're ordered) we had our hood vent back. A week later, a light in the hood went out. He came back and evaluated for free because the work is guaranteed. Turned out I had gotten a bulb with too much wattage and it was shorting the circuit. He didn't charge for my inability to pick a bulb. Highly recommend. I'm late with my review--- was for service a couple of months ago. The guy who came out was nice enough but my gut feeling was that he wasn't being honest. We had been without an oven or microwave for about 10 days and were eager to get this resolved. He had the replacement touch panel in his truck --- or we could have one shipped in maybe a week for less money. So get service today or wait. So we chose the same day option. My husband has very shaky hands and when signing to pay inadvertently gave the guy a $300 tip. I think he was too embarrassed to ask to have that removed. If the guy was honest he should have asked if he wanted to do that. I'm guessing NO ONE ever leaves a tip like that. So it cost us--- and we are renters ---- $2,295 to get our oven and microwave working. We didn't get permission from our landlord in advance and with the tip snafu felt we couldn't expect to be reimbursed. What an expensive lesson. Be wary of this business read more
