I described my issue with my freezer (loud buzzing sound when the motor comes on) and he was able to schedule a technician to come by on Monday afternoon to work around my schedule. The technician, Vasyl, texted me when he was on his way and arrived promptly as scheduled. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue (ice build up that was hitting the freezer fan when it turns on). To repair, I needed to move all the food items out of the freezer and into coolers, and Vasyl was able to quickly repair the issue by manually defrosting the ice build up using a commercial steamer tool. He inspected the fan and it was still operating normally and no buzzing, so it did not need to be replaced. He was able to diagnose the issue and finish the work within one hour of arrival. The repair price was reasonable and the inspection fee was waived since I went ahead with the repair. Choose this place given all the recent high reviews. Ivan came in a timely manner and was very kind. Giving one star for two reason. 1) He made assumption an assumption in the first two min when "diagnosing" the issue. He didn't run any test on the washing machine or with an ohm reader. He assumed it was the stator sensor and replaced it. The issue was NOT resolved and he then told me it was actually the motor and it would cost $600+ for part and labor. I declined the motor replacement, and was still charged $90+ for improper diagnostic. I borrowed an ohm reader, did actual diagnostic testing determined the control board that control the tub spin was the problem. Replace the main control board and the machine is up and running again. 2) He also was not equip with the right equipment and tools. Through the process he also didn't have right tools and had to borrow mines. He was also so aggressively pulling my washing machine tub to try to get my washing machine out of the closet i was worried he created more damaged the mount/shocks that hold the tub in place. Floor protector also was not laid down to prevent scratches. read more

The tech came right on time. He evaluated my cooktop and told me how much it would likely cost to fix it (this cooktop was not really built for easy repairs). Given its age, I decided not to fix the cooktop and was charged only about $100 for the visit. He asked useful questions over the phone, and determined that, due to the stacked unit configuration, he'd need to bring a second person with him, and would I mind if he came over after hours? He arrived at 7:30 pm; with a household with a family of four, a functioning washing machine is critical, and him working late was very customer oriented. He had it disassembled, repaired, and re-assembled in under two hours, and I found the price to reflect a solid value given how quickly he had us back in the business of washing dirty laundry.
