I want to recommend Smile Center for Kids for both kids AND adults dentistry. The kids were nervous but they were able to see other kids being serviced and it reassured them. The staff members were kind as I had both kids for cleaning at the same time and they were seated at opposite ends so I had to walk back and forth to check up on them. Parents are welcome in the back to observe. My kids and I are wimps and this location off Sunland park have the most patient staff. The hygienists and dentists have the gentlest hands. I know I fell asleep when she worked on repairing a filling. They worked with our schedules and we all were able to get our cleanings and fillings done with our insurance. Billing was very clear and they asked permission before doing any procedures. I felt very safe with their COVID procedures. They do temperature checks and limit capacity. I believe they have a East and West location and went to the Sunland park location. Best of all it's right across from Gorditas Tony so we're able to get yummy food right after. read more

Let me start by saying we didn't start our children's oral health care at Smile Center for Kids - but we wish we had. After a few years at another clinic, that I can only describe as nearly factory in its treatment format, I am so excited to have partners in my kids dental care. Both Dr Wilson are amazing, patient, gentle, empathic and understanding. They know they are dealing with babies and really take the time to engage with parents and children alike. It is clear to me they are interested in preventative care (read here the stuff that makes less money) than trying to get you to procedural care (more money). They have invested in the waiting room, the procedure areas and in the staff needed to make kids feel like they are doing something fun, not just going to the dentist. Dr. Brown is likewise a consummate professional. While she hasn't been out dentist yet, she has always said hello and engaged in conversation when I have seen her. Truly a professional. At the end of the day you want medical health care personnel who feel more like family. Coming to their office is a visit, not a chore. If this sounds like your style of care I highly recommend you give Smile Center for Kids an opportunity to care for your most valued treasures - your kids. They will treat them with the care they deserve, talk to them like the patients they are and provide for them like they were their own children. Cannot give them enough love! Amazing people. It was my sons first time at the dentist, I was anticipating it being a not so fun time but man was I wrong! Everyone here from the front desk to the dental hygienist and assistants were AMAZING! My son didn't cry nor have a meltdown and that was all thanks to the amazing staff that interacted with my son as lovingly and understanding as I do! Best Pediatric Dentist in El Paso!! The care my daughter gets is exceptional. I've been taking my daughter since she was a year old and wouldn't take her any where else. While we wait we sit and read books together in the library. As a parent I feel like my daughter is receiving the highest care. Also, all my needs and worries of her dental health are met. Any of the three highly qualified and friend dentists fully explain everything to me and be sure to answer any of my questions. I have had only amazing experiences at Smile Center on Sunland. Every staff member I've interacted with has been so friendly and helpful. But most importantly, the doctors are above and beyond. I have seen Dr's Wilson, Dr Day, and Dr Brown and each one is absolutely fantastic. We've been patients for two years and I cannot day enough about the fantastic staff at the Smile Center for Kids at Sunland Park. From the moment you walk in, everyone is helpful and professional. We've seen both Dr. Wilsons and our kiddos feel comfortable and at ease at each visit. There is a tv positioned above the treatment chair for the kids and iPads and tv and books for the kids in the waiting room. Unlike other "entertainment" dental offices we've been to in the past (you know the ones with game systems, mini playgrounds, etc), this dental office is quiet and calm and I think that's important for the kids to not feel overly stimulated or excited which can add to the anxiety of a dental visit. And I've never had an experience of feeling pushed into unnecessary treatments. We had a dental emergency in the past and they worked with us on the weekend and afterwards to help us and our child and that meant everything to me. Dr Brown was amazing! Normally it's difficult to find providers who are patient to help a child with autism. She not only helped mine and remained so patient with them, she was also super fast with our baby. You have to have some amazing patience to see four kids all at once. She was a rockstar at it and the visit went on without a hitch! For as long as we are in El Paso, we will never see another pediatric dentistry office other than Smile Kids.
