For reasons too dull (& foolish) to share in this review, my front teeth were moving causing a visible gap that was getting wider. Every time I looked in the mirror it made me long for the teeth I had. Though this procedure is a temporary fix in my case, the result were utterly transformative & immediate! I fully intend to address the original issues when my schedule allows and will be returning to 32ology. (I was a patient at the surgery prior to 32ology taking over). The atmosphere is now one of a spa rather than a dental surgery. They did such a great job with the decor, even down to the choice of bibs! Dr. Kudaverdian is an absolute genius, her expertise in this area of dentistry & across the board is incredible. In one visit she restored my self confidence, the process was not straight forward due to my dental specifics. But Dr. Kudaverdian worked magic and I left a new person! The process was not painful, no anesthetic & was out in just over an hour. It did feel a little strange initially and for 24hrs there are a few things to avoid 48hrs since my visit and I don't notice it. (Dr. K did advise this would be the case) I would highly recommend treating yourself & if you're not already a patient at 32ology It is THE BEST - you'll be glad you did. Which makes it infuriating that the front desk is the reason why they've permanently lost my business. I was a loyal patient here for years. Spotless billing history, never a problem. Then one Friday I got caught in the 405 traffic that anyone in LA knows is a coin flip, called ahead to say I was running late, and as I was parking right outside their door -- 20 minutes late -- they cancelled my appointment. No offer to wait for the next opening. No attempt to rebook. No flexibility whatsoever. Just a cancellation, followed by a bill for an appointment that never happened. Then it got worse. I called three times -- calmly, reasonably -- to ask them to drop the charge for a service I never received. Three times I got the same cold, dismissive answer: lateness is billable, read the fine print. Years of loyalty meant nothing. No goodwill, no judgment, no interest in keeping a long-term patient over a single traffic jam. Just a hand out, demanding money for an empty chair. That's the whole relationship to them: not a patient, a line item. So they've lost my business -- permanently -- and I'll be telling everyone I know to think twice before handing this office their trust or their money. The dentistry is good. But you have to get past a front desk that will bill you for nothing, lecture you for asking, and treat years of loyalty like it never happened. Not worth it. Go somewhere that remembers you're a person. What a shame, all for $145. Good thing this town has thousands of other choices who provide equivalent care with exceptional service.

I completely understand that policies are in place, and if no ID no service is the rule, so be it. However, the reason for my 0-star rating is the tone of the interaction. Forgetting your ID is a simple mistake, but the front office made no attempt to find a solution. We all know how busy life gets, and I took time out of my day to show up. So the attitude I got from the front staff felt unnecessary and frustrating. Also, it was disappointing that the office didn't try to find a more customer-friendly resolution. I could have provided my credit cards, social security number, or even my previous exam records (which they had a copy of)--my crowns are still in the same places! I didn't get to experience the positive interactions others have shared, and that's a real shame.
