They always have a great selection of items you just have to really look around. The people aren't the friendliest but they keep everything stocked up.

Half asleep but is somehow a supervisor. This place should be a shame for putting her in charge.

The service here is absolute dog trash. First and foremost, rarely anyone here knows how to speak English, secondly I was trying to find an item and the supervisor at the front told me that I should look for it myself and that it's my job to do that and didn't want to help, was giving me attitude and was very disrespectful..... never in my whole life have I walked up to a worker at a grocery store and they told me to look for the item myself. I can't believe she was even supervisor. She was lazy. She was either on her phone scrolling or talking to a friend that came to visit her.

Great Chinese supermarket. I really enjoy coming to this supermarket. They have such a wide array of food selection. There are certain items that I can't get elsewhere. And everything is very reasonably priced. They also have some cool restaurants inside. The service is fast and efficient.

I'm a sucker for Asian Markets. I wish I spoke the language but that's to Google I can look up the names of things. We typically order snacks off line for an inflated price and to come in and find them for a fraction of the price is a winner. There were a large assortment of Lay's brand chips, teas, snake cakes... look I'm like Dora the Explorer and I spent over an hour just perusing the aisle. Coconut Paradise and Small bites (bobble waffle) is also located in the grocery store.

The hot bar at the food court was very off today. The duck had so many bones you couldn't really eat it. It needs to be cut a different way. The steamed pork buns were so mushy and they fell apart so bad you couldn't tell between the buns or the paper and the buns themselves tasted like tapwater. The only good thing was the giant sesame balls. They were quite tasty and quite large. Large sweet tasty balls. If you like that sort of thing and I do hey don't judge! The sesame chicken was pretty typical and compares to fast food. I will have to go back and try again, but with different items. The fried rice was pretty lacking also. The supermarket itself is great for shopping but skip the hot bar at the food court and just grab yourself some Boba tea and some bakery items. Then hit the isles and load up on Pan Asian treats. They need more Hawaiian stuff though!

I actually stopped going to other stores and come here more often! The selection is good, no complaints on produce or meats! Employees are nice and helpful !

I was so happy to find this 99 Ranch market, as well as the whole shopping complex, as it has all the Asian stores and restaurants that remind me of my home town. This is a newer store and has a good selection of all the sauces, snacks, pickled items, fresh seafood/butcher, fresh produce, bakery and some household items. The only things I couldn't find were specifically Thai, so I guess they were out of stock. I found lots of goodies, some of which I pictured. The bakery area had a strange smell, but the rest of the store was clean and well organized. Service was sub-par, they could do better about reminding customers to use their reward number before checking you out...as other stores do...and the language barrier can be trying at times, but it won't stop me from heading back to get my Asian supplies!

Duck and bbq pork. Two meat bbq combo

Great spot to pick up a quick filling & tasty lunch! They have a variety of food to choose from. My favorite is def their two bbq meat combo. So good. Duck, bbq pork, roast pig-all good options. Can't beat for $12.99!

made me sick. 1st bad experience with their food. It was yum but I wouldn't get it again.

This my go to spot for takeout. Except for last time the shrimp dim sum made me sick. BUT that's a one off which took away a star. I 4give you bcuz I know it wasn't on purpose but if someone reads this be xtra careful going 4ward. QQ'n at Connie H. review *tsk* 2 bad girl but you right @ there's a system to bagging food. I've only had 1 bad experience. Give them another chance. lol That area of Carrolton has TONS of food choices. So, prices are low/affordable. Sigh up on the app to earn points. I go from Hmart to 99 and vice versa. Thxs 99 your on point to me!

notice the mold on the bottom of each slice

My aunt got a chocolate mousse cake for my cousin's birthday. Turns out the cake had mold all over the bottom and my poor 98 year old grandpa (and the birthday boy both) ate half a slice before we noticed. See the disgusting pictures at your own discretion. On top of this, they invoiced my aunt for a mango mousse cake instead of a chocolate mousse cake on the receipt, which will only complicate things when we return the cake. Definitely do not recommend their bakery. Or if you do, make sure to check the the bottom of your pastry in case of any growing fungus.

Need a new meat cutting man! Bought 4 lbs of roasted pork and the way it's cut made me not want to eat it. Looked like I just got them somewhere in the trash can. All mushed up little pieces. $15.50 a pound for that?!!!! Unbelievable! Either fire the man or please provide him a roasted pork cutting lesson!!!!!! Only because I didn't expect such unexpected boxes of meat otherwise I would have demanded my full cash/credit card refund!! I would never buy this trash again!!!!! The right way would be cut up the pieces twice as these and scoop them up and place them in the box instead of chop them like preparing food for pigs then grab them with two hands and throw them in the freaking box!!!!!! The skin is all off!!!! What's the point of buying roasted pork if the skin fell off like that?!!!!!

    Chili sauces!

Incredibly high quality cuts of beef, slow simmered potatoes, chewy/fresh rice cakes, and fresh delicious vegetables and green onions. The brown gravy/sauce was delicious. Even though it was busy, people ate in silence and enjoyed their food. They keep it ice box cold, so definitely bring a layer if you get chilly! A bit of a wait for the food but totally worth it. We love that the utensils are in a box on the table and pitcher of water and cups are brought to the table. The food is amazing. There's not very many pictures to reference the size. The chef's choice sashimi platter range from $39.99 to $119.99. I had to pull up Yelp photos and with the help of the server, we ordered the medium platter for $59.99. As we waited, we were given a plate containing edamame and what appears to be fried pieces of fish skin. It was unexpected and tasty. The sashimi platter was fresh and contained a nice variety of fish and other seafood. I was surprised to see octopus and clams. It was served on a bed of radish, which I love, with sliced jalapeños and garlic on the side. There's no question the seafood is fresh here. They have tanks in the front containing lobsters in the front. The tanks are clean and there's no funky odors. This place is very traditional. Service was adequate. They have a self serve station where you can get your own water from a water cooler and additional silverware, sauce cups, and napkins. Took my niece here for a birthday dinner of her choice. It's right by Paris Baguette and she's always been intrigued by it. She thought it was just ok. Overall, I think it's a nice place to get fresh seafood but it's not a place I see myself coming back to.

The service is minimalistic, but it doesn't have to be more than that, you just place the items in your cart and check out, I have never needed help outside of that so couldn't comment. The fixtures and so forth are pretty utilitarian, but again, it's a depot of frozen meats so it is highly functional. I would however like to see more premium options, like for example Allen Brothers beef products like their Waygu burger patties, or just other bespoke options like Iberico pork. They are also one of the few places that still carries veal cutlets (scaloppine), which I highly recommend as a staple protein which cooks up in just a few minutes, and is relatively affordable.
