When I was ready to check out, Jennifer helped me at the register. I was paying with a gift card, but it wouldn't scan. Jennifer told me that I would have to manually enter the gift card number myself. I asked, "I have to do it?" and she simply replied, "Yes." As a mom carrying my 8-month-old daughter in one arm, having to manually enter the entire gift card number on the keypad was extremely inconvenient. Shopping at a children's store means many customers are parents who already have their hands full. Requiring customers to complete this step themselves feels inefficient and frustrating. If this is Carter's policy, I hope the company reconsiders it. At the very least, self-checkout would make much more sense in situations like this. What disappointed me most was that when I expressed how inconvenient the process was, Jennifer laughed and then got on her phone as I walked out of the store. That response made me feel dismissed rather than valued as a customer. I love Carter's products, but experiences like this make me question whether it's worth shopping in-store when I can purchase the same items at stores like Macy's or Kohl's and receive better customer service.

When you walk into the store, you'll notice that this place is very organized. The girls clothing are on the left and the boys clothing are on the right. It's also setup by the age of the child as well. So newborns are in the front and the further you go down, the higher the age. They also have some toys in here as well and that's in the middle of the store. This place is in a plaza with a bunch of parking spots so you shouldn't have any issues. The stuff here will vary on prices so just be aware of that.

For the gran opening weekend, there are special deals on select clothing and if you purchase $99 or more, you'll get a water tumbler Uniqlo branded in red. You can find Uniqlo on the first floor, near the middle of the mall, across from Sephora and Pop Mart (coming soon!) Very welcoming staff in line! The store is pretty big! The selections rotate every season and I feel are always up to trends. Dresses are usually well-made and aren't extremely thin and aren't easy to tear. For example in February there's a lot of spring themed clothes ready and a big selection of red/pink for Valentine's season. They also have heels for sale sometimes and boots, I've never bought shoes from here so I don't know how the quality is. As I was walking down the aisles, few things popped up that I know I could use, so I ended up buying. 2 short sleeve shirts and nice black sweatshirt with a hoodie. Customer service was great and they had a lot of things to choose from. Everything is priced differently. I have bought shoes from them in the past and wore them until I outgrew them. They have items on sale racks and have been around since 1966. Store was easy to navigate and was SUPER CLEAN!!! Quality along with fabric and comfort is above and beyond ones expectations. Love my Vans! Plenty of parking, since it's inside the mall on the 2nd floor.

North Hills, CA…read more While waiting for my job interview, I stopped by to kill time and be indoors to stay out of the heat. The store is on the smaller size, but it is well stocked, and they have the seasonal items on display. I browsed around and ended up in the clearance section where the sweets are. I found a very cheap Peppermint covered chocolate and decided to grab it. I opened it while driving and I find a funny taste. When I checked the expiration date, it has been expired for 2 months. Right there and then I wanted to turn around and return, but I decided it will be a waste of time and just put into my losses ($2). I will just have to be careful next time before buying an item. Plenty of free parking that is shared with other businesses.

When I arrived at the store they told me they don't do hats that are not purchased in the store. I asked them was this company policy and they said it was the policy at the store. I asked them was the store a franchise first I didn't know what that means but they said no it's a store owned by boot barn. I asked him why they have a policy that it is not in place at any other store. The person said it was a policy from the manager, whose name was Moe. I did point out I've never heard or been told in any boot barn store. I've been in in the US that they don't do hats not purchased there.
