Most people probably wouldn't care but I try to keep my cars looking great (especially a brand new 2018 Explorer Sport). This has never happened to me before so I wasn't sure what kind of services were out there. I did some research and reached out to a couple places but generally they want to keep the wheel for a couple days and I just wasn't a fan of doing that. I came across this company and figured I would give it a go. After some discussion through Facebook messenger we setup a date/time. Neil showed up promptly and couldn't be more professional. He took my wheel off and into his mobile van to complete the work. I believe it took about an hour to an hour and a half. I was very impressed with his work and cant tell where the scratches were. I know who to go to (hopefully it doesn't happen again but just in case) in the future. I would absolutely refer him to anyone looking to fix their wheel.
