I am leaving a review however because at about 10:00 on a Thursday morning, I called these guys because my wife is sitting on the side of an exit ramp off the highway with a flat tire and I needed someone to either tow it, or change it for her, and I figured a nice 24-hour towing place would be able to get it done... Only instead of answering the phone it rang a few times and went to voicemail. I thought that was kind of odd. I've used 24-hour towing places before and typically there is at least an operator or someone that answers the phone, or one time I remember a voicemail box that said if nobody calls you back in 5 minutes here's another number. But anyway yeah, yelp is where I typically go to share my experiences, and luckily we found someone else that I basically threw a stack of cash at to go change her tire for her.

I called 2 hours later and was told they were just burning the car in and it would be ready in 45 minutes. We arrived 1 hour later to find the car was in the same place we parked it. When asked what happened, excuses like we gave the wrong number and ordered the wrong tires. Waste of time and in a terrible neighborhood.

The girl in the office said they were squealing real bad. NO WAY! When I said no she said " So you just want him to fail it?" I pick my car up, had to pay for the inspection and drove out with no sticker in my window. Foremost, Mike's are an honest, trustworthy bunch. The garage waiting room may be no-frills,…read morethere's no courtesy rental car, and it might be hard to find a parking spot ... but the work is always done right, and I've not once felt taken advantage of. That is far more important to me than the creature comforts. More than once, Mike's has talked me out of an expensive repair I thought I needed. My current car is still kicking and screaming even at 220K miles/13 years and I credit part of that to their maintenance work. I'm deducting one star only because sometimes it can be hard to get a hold of the desk to schedule an appointment and they often forget to call back when the job is done ... you have to call to check up at the end of the day. But they always deliver the car when promised, so it's not too big of a deal. I do wish they had online booking for appointments and text notifications that the work is done like I've had at other garages.
