I was out of town and my wife had it towed to the dealer. The truck was getting stuck sporadically OUT of gear. I had many miles on the clutch (pressure plate, clutch disc, throw out bearing, SLAVE CYLINDER, pilot bearing ,etc...)so I said to go ahead in replacing all clutch components in hopes of fixing the problem; it did not. A few days later, it was stuck out of gear. Called Bill, asked him to send someone for it (tow price $85, very fair). He drove it, said it was hydraulic, something not done right due to a complete parts list on the Toyota bill. He spent an hour diagnosing, and then went on to fix the problem. I've known Bill for 20 years, he's experienced, competent and honest. I find Bill both serious about his work and about standing behind his work. Techs (not parts changers)like Bill are getting hard to find....Appreciate the few we have.

They also let me know that I needed to have 4 wheels replaced as there was an issue with the part that you check the air in the tires. My total was going to be close to $1,000.00. I said forget about the wheels just the oil and battery but is there a leak? No leak, they assured. SO now my total is $400.00. She then calls back to say she worked the cost down to fix the one plug THEY BROKE on the tire. and by the way, the alternator needs to be replaced, that's why it is growling. That will bring you to $1000. No thanks, $400 gone and the problem I brought it in for is still broken. NEVER AGAIN!!

Yea KZ, you know who I am. That little red car you butchered. When I picked it up it had a deep dent in the nose and deep scratches on the trunk. The car only weighs just over 2000 lbs. The parking lot is flat. You didn't need to push the car very hard to move it. Some asshole shoved the car into another car's trailer hitch. The dent is over 1/2" deep. You can see the roundness of the dent that clearly shows that it was smashed into a trailer hitch. Additionally, the same asshole dragged his finger's into the trunk paint. The car has a bumper moron. Why the hell did you need to drag your fingers down the trunk lid? I am convinced that this car was damaged on purpose. All that said I will never ever take a car there again. I recommend you find someone else to repair your car given my experience.
