I recently moved my disassembled Brunswick Ashbee 8 foot slate pool table from New Jersey to my home in Phoenix. I sought out recommendations from several Phoenix area pool table vendors for an expert technician to reassemble the table. Jessie Viloria of A-1 Billiards was reputed to be the best in the entire area. I reached out to Jessie and he put me on his schedule to come out to my home. My table had been carefully crated and packed by my old pool table company in NJ, and been shipped by a nationally operating moving company. Upon unpacking the table, a few small problems were uncovered and a key hardware part was missing. Jessie reassured me not to worry, he and his capable assistant were able to remediate all the issues, reassemble the table meticulously, and reconstruct my pool table to perfection. A-1 Billiards was (is) absolutely GREAT. I had them, relevel, replace bumpers (rails) on a table that had set in hot storage for 4 years and replace the fabric. They were outstanding. The team that worked on my table was led by Jese, he and his team were great from beginning to end. The first appointment was set, to pick up the rails, and he was running a little late. Rather than letting me guess about where they were, he called to say they had a problem and were running late. He didn't ask me to wait for him but offered that and a number of alternatives and reassured that they would still have the project completed on time. They did indeed deliver.
