I felt this was a very shady experience. I needed my U-Haul lock cut off my storage unit since I…read morelost my key. I was quoted $89 on the phone. When the young man came, he said it was $90 plus a service fee of $80. I said that was not the price quoted to me. He said it was the best he could do. When I told him I had someone else that said they could do it for $100 and I would just go with other person, he said he would do it for $120. I said okay, then he drilled and hammered away at the lock with no success, breaking several drill bits. After a half hour, he said he needed another tool, and he would be back in an hour. An hour and a half later he showed back up with a saw. He still had to borrow a wrench from U-Haul staff just to put saw together. He finally got it done, but what should have been a job that took less than 30 minutes, took several hours of my day. Clearly, he had no experience in cutting off a U-Haul lock. Great lock though if you want to prevent theft from the novice criminal
