The lady up front estimated the wait time to be 1.5 hours to 2 hours which made no sense for the little work that needed to be done ( it was done in 30 ). When the guy finished the install, instead of parking, he does a 1st gear pull RUGHT IN FRONT OF ME, like what, so unprofessional and rude. When I went to go pay, I asked if I could turn on my car to see if there where any exhaust leaks and she said I had to pay first. What kind of operation are they running? Very unprofessional. I had a great experience getting my muffler and pipes replaced here. I drove an 06 f150 with dual exhaust and the left pipe rusted and broke off. I then realized my muffler was rusted too. The owner told me why it was rusty and didn't just ask what muffler I wanted he helped me chose the right one and a new louder sound that will still be able to pass the smog sound test. Even recommending new tail pipe tips which I got and love it on my F150, it looks and sounds so good! I'm here to say that A-1 Muffler is worth the 5-star reviews it gets, Jordan is extremely knowledgeable and I had a good time chopping it up with him today while he installed a new catalytic converter in my Integra. Great guy, location is in a little strip of auto garages, it's in the back of the lot on the right side! Don't take your car anywhere else for exhaust work! Picture is of my exhaust after the install, note the very clean welds, Jordan cut back my B-pipe which was too long to fit the new converter, and he re-used my flanges, a lot of shoddy shops will usually weld everything together without the use of flanges. There was a rattling sound from the back of my vehicle and I thought they were from the muffler or heat shield. I made an appointment with Jordan to bring the car in for an inspection. Had a very nice experience here. They installed a catalytic converter I had bought from amazon thinking I was going to install it myself. Their install price was very reasonable, and if I had bought the cat from them I would have saved $20! they had a nice waiting room but I went to the Starbucks down the road. They called me right on time and when I picked my car up they offered advice about testing for vacuum leaks since he noticed a cylinder misfire when testing the installation. Just had my custom exhaust system put on by a1. I cannot say enough about this place. The quality and value is unbelievable. I checked around and looked at kits on summit and Ebay and thought about putting it on myself with my brother Darrell and my other brother Darrell, but thank god I decided to go with the custom system from a1. Need vs want... I've been researching for the perfect exhaust system for my 2013 C6 (Corvette 6th generation if you were wondering). Like many people, you ask around, go on YouTube, read forums yada yada yada. But you really can't get an honest answer because everyone has opinions. So why not go to a professional and ask? That's what I did. I found A1 Mufflers in Woodland, and spoke to Jordan. It's a small family ran shop, tucked away inside an automotive strip mall, but not very hard to find.
