They even sent me a same-day sample to try. We placed a large bulk print box order and their pricing beat all our other quotes and the quality was perfection. We needed a few boxes to ship some of our plants back home, and they were very accommodating. They were kind, helpful and had a great selection of boxes and paper and tape. We were small potatoes compared to the big business that they do but it didn't matter, they still treated us like important customers. Thank you. Imperial Paper Co. produced product displays for us. They were amazing and visually appealing. They helped create the design and the color scheme was beautiful. The color and printing on the final product was perfect! Also, the dimensions on the displays was so accurate that our products could be easily seen from all sides. What is there to say about Imperial Paper Co. Purchasing packaging tape is easy as online order with the help of Jonny, Henry and Elexa. Their customer service is unbelievable and beyond my expectations. They made a mistake on my purchase and I was given more for what I paid for and I did not realize it after I returned to work. They now offered the owner Peter Kwong $100 a year instead of their regular contract. This is likely the only CPU that accepted such a ridiculous offer but Peter wanted to keep it open for the community, especially the elders that need this service. Peter has been operating at a loss for the last 26 year but now he will really be bleeding red. The workers need their job and the community needs this USPS.
