Four boxes later, I receive EXACTLY HALF of my statues broken and/or in pieces. 50%? Unless they were in their original box, they were wrapped with bubble-wrap and expected to make the journey. They did not. I was told that the refund process would take about 5 weeks, and today I am on 2 MONTHS. Paid for this sad experience with a credit card, and look forward to getting back every penny I spent. Then I can throw out the trash I have been hanging onto. See pics below.... I looked at both and asked which would be best. He suggested two rolls of Ram Board Seam Tape for airport sturdiness. I got home and when I started to use the tape it appeared it wasn't so strong. I googled the tape he sold me and AI informed me that the tape was NOT for packing boxes at all and NOT a good choice for such a task.
