Truth be told, my brother set it all up for me, from picking out the type of ti t, percentage etc. They were responsive to his questions and concerns and delivered on their promise. We were able to schedule an appt for the following Saturday - I was able to use their drop box to drop off my car and key. They kept us updated throughout the day. I walked in to pick up my car, fully expecting them not to know about my car or appointment but the guy was super friendly and answered my questions. Their waiting room looked nice and comfy. The gentleman at the front desk pulled my car around and was very thorough in explaining the care for my newly tinted windows. I have been going to A-1 Tint Pros for many year and have had many vehicles tinted there and the reason I keep going back is because of Antonio the installer and Jake the sales advisor. A-1 Tint Pros offers some of the best tints on the market such as Suntek, 3M and others at great prices. Jake is very knowledgeable about all different tints on the market, the pros and cons of each and how different tints will affect the look and feel of your car. Antonio is phenomenal in his work and attention to detail with the installation, breadth of experience and I've never had an issue with his work with 5 tint jobs. He does great removals and applications and I couldn't see myself going to any other tint shop in the area be. The guys over at A-1 did an awesome job on my car. I originally scheduled an appointment via Facebook which was really convenient with my busy schedule. Daniel knew I wanted the cheapest package but he still took the time to inform me on all packages available, not in a sales pitch type feel trying to get me to spend more money, but just to inform of what they offer and all the details on each package available. He gave me a time frame of an hour and thirty minutes and had me in and out in exactly that time. The waiting area was nice with comfortable couches, WiFi, and a tv. I had both my VW R32 and Subaru STi tinted at A-1 and I'm extremely happy with the finished product. Daniel took great care of me and I was very impressed by his knowledge of window tinting. He had the exact answer for whatever question I could throw at him. The tint job was of a very high caliber and I could not find any flaws. Also having a warranty on any of the work performed helped me decided to go with them over other competitors. The fella called on a Monday and arranged for them to come out on Saturday at 3:00 for a home window tinting estimate. By 3:30 on Saturday, he hadn't shown up so we called his mobile number - it had been disconnected. We called the shop. THAT number had been disconnected. We even called from a second phone just to make sure. Then we called their Raleigh location and got someone - hoorah! That guy apologized and said he'd figure out what was going on and call us back. About 30 minutes later, Raleigh guy called us to apologize for Charlotte guy who'd just totally forgotten about the appointment. Charlotte guy never called to apologize or anything!
