I know, I know this is part of the insurance company's program not Folger but they made the call for us and handled the bulk of the details. I signed up to receive text updates on the repair. These came often enough to be helpful and infrequent enough I didn't want to type UNSUBSCRIBE. Our car was ready at the exact time and day they promised and check-out took less than five minutes. The best part, is that while we had an external repair the car was cleaned inside from top to bottom. Although I chose to meet them on site, they have an expansive team that will come out to you, delivering these same high quality standards at your convenience. There is also an on premise mechanic to help with oil changes and maintenance. Today I was there looking at an XC 40 for my Young driver and took it on a test drive. While on the test drive, I was notified that there was someone else interested in the car. I explained that we were on our way back to the dealership with intent to purchase the car. When I got there, they were selling the car right out from under us to another family! I have never felt like Volvo was slimy until today. I'm really not a mean person but I am completely blown away by how we, as a loyal customer, were treated. Carlos, Who is also the manager of the store came out to look at my car and then he told me he wanted to try to put some chemical on and see if he can remove the marks. It was a magic that he took most of the black marks off my car.( before I went there, I already went to Autobell got a car wash and also I tried to use my nails to scratch the marks and I couldn't get anything off!) Carlos told me I just need to go to the dealer to get the same paint and do a little bit touch up. Just like that I saved $800! Absolutely terrible work. I have had to return my vehicle 3 different times after services to have…read morethem fix things they forgot during the service. The first two times, they forgot to screw some things down (missed the screws out entirely. This week, they changed my brakes. $2,000 plus. But they put in warped rotors (how can that possibly happen?). That was 9 days ago and they have now told me they can't fit me in for another 11days. So 20 days with defective brakes is OK to Union County Kia. Shocking. The funny thing is that I have previously left a 5 star review because of the customer support girl, who works for the customer. Unlike anyone else I have dealt with there.
