Technician Daniel used glue on my Queen Anne Baby Grand without my knowledge or permission. Piano began losing its tuning within 2 months. When I reached out for a solution, Well -Loved Piano was very quick to offer excuses but not customer service. I itemized the infractions above and Michael and Danette came out the next morning. I let them know in writing that they would be greeted with coffee, kindness, a good attitude and the intention of us all walking away happy. After the re-tuning, Danette had what can only be described as an extremely unprofessional, unstable, crying, ranting episode. I understand being defensive when faced with personal or professional shortcomings. But, Danette made me very uncomfortable in my own home, having to contend with both substandard services as well as her erratic behavior.
