DO NOT USE! Very very poor service from "owner". I used this company and now my piano is damaged. The owner Ryan is rude, abrasive and has no type of professionalism in the way he conducts himself. I understand everyone has different political views, that's freedom. COVID-19 doesn't care about any of that. The owner and 2 men came to our private residence WITHOUT MASKS, and the owner when offered a mask REFUSED to wear one citing a "medical condition" and then continued to move the piano. We politely asked him to leave. (Our daughter has a compromised immune system.) Later, while giving feedback, the owner threatened my husband with "a fucking beat down" and to "watch yourself" and "he knows where we live and he has our information." QC Piano Movers did an excellent and fast job moving a piano from another town to our house in Charlotte. I thought it was going to be tricky to get in our entryway, but they made it look easy. We couldn't decide which spot would be best in our house, but the movers had useful input that helped us make a final decision. They even offered to come back and move it if we weren't happy with the decision. They were even nice enough to help move a couch that was sitting in the piano spot.
